Thats exactly what radiography is though not limited to that. Besides 240 is not entirely too poor. Very high PTUME might boost you up. You might just be lucky

RomanceRe: How Do I Stop Self-Servicing Habit Of Crossing Legs And Clenching Thigh Muscle? by DrTony1(m): 11:36pm On Mar 13, 2015
Craigston:
Disuse of a muscle causes it to remain dormant in size and growth (it'll grow unnaturally and out of proportion with the other healthy muscles: so, they're relatively dormant). Her case seems one of promoted activation of the hip adductors and stretching of the hip abductors. The hip abductors suffer disuse and elongate, and the hip adductors grow tight and shorter. The glutes also suffer disuse and grow weaker, larger (not denser) and, most times, the hamstrings become hyper-activated to compensate for the dysfunction of the glutes so they become shorter. The quads may lengthen too. The sartorius also weakens. This sets her up for a knock-knee condition.
I hope I'm correct
Quadratus femoris?
aBductors?
aDductors?
Hamstrings?
Sartorius?

Pls did inquire if the OP studied anatomy or went to med sch for quoting all this. Wonder how she ll pick up your beautifully laid information..... You have also told her of the hunter's canal & femoral triangle too. Pls keep it simple my smart brother. Thanks wink

CareerRe: How Many Skills Did You Acquire This Year? by DrTony1(m): 7:40am On Dec 14, 2013
safarigirl: Thanks to ASUU strike, my love for the Super Eagles has increased and my interest in football has sky-rocketed, previously, I knew more on politics than sports, but now, I can say I know more on sports than most NL guys. I have basic knowledge with French having studied it in sec school (even wrote it in WAEC, got a C5- yes I'm bragging because e no easy, na only me credit French for my school), now I want to learn Spanish and German. I'm a writer so it's imperative that I delve into other languages so as to achieve variety. Apart from those, baking and preparation of confectionaries is a hobby of mine, so I took it upon myself to learn how to prepare samosa, chin-chin and some Indian recipes(na boredom cause am), plus I learnt how to make ankara jewellry. Omo, I don learn plenty things this year, ASUU ese o.
Did I hear you say politics miss, Im impressed, would be nice to meet you, you are probably different from other Nigerian girls

All he has are "The Good Ol' Days" stories from those who have quickly forgotten. (The grass is always greener on the other side...)
Oga its not a matter of your years of living but your zeal to know gather knowledge, i bet u a Nigerian same his age can tell you a complete history of not only her country but other countries, but only few who really bother to know, so the chap is brilliant give it to him and quit criticizing Sir

Why does Russia hate capitalism,
Is it just because america practise it?
What connected lennin to karl max's marxism
Honestly tell me, how much mean are russians? Cos I ve always consideres russian mean and very physically brutal from james bond movies to vladimir putin who killed that kgb agent back some years ago in london
How many nuclear weapons do you people really have grin
Why do you have so much consonants in your languages words grin
HealthRe: Consultant Doctors Asked Court To Nulify Non-doctor's Appointmnt As Consultants by DrTony1(m): 8:54pm On Nov 04, 2013
STORM2: Hahahahaha....kai is it the definition of "consultant" that is bringing problems? Obviously the word "consultant" cannot always refer to a medical doctor na....this shouldn't be an issue.
We have consultant physicians (paedotricians, ER, gyny , ENT etc)
Consultant dental surgeons
Consultant virologists, parasitologists, microbiologists ,biochemists and engineers etc.
In the case of the hospitals..a clear distinction should be made that's all. Consultant physician....or consultant......fill in the blank. The problem in is nigeria no doctor wants to seek help from a biochemist. That's not really their fault...its the naija educational system we should blame for that I guess.
Abroad a doctor can see a microorganism he/she isn't quite familiar with and decide to get more information from a consultant microbiologist (usually phD holders and professors) but in naija...ah! No go there lol...no worries though...that will change eventually. As we become more exposed as a country I guess. Cos nobody can be completely versed in everything...haba na winsh?

But having said all this.....a doctor can have 2 degrees..like a degree in microbiology and a degree in mbbs....hmmm complication undecided
Sorry dear, theres a position for Consultanat microbiologist in every Tetiary health instution like Teachings hospitals, they are doctors who specialized in microbiology and are under †ђε broad umbrella of Pathologists. Hope you find †ђε information rewarding dear. Thanks

PhonesRe: FIFA 14 For Android... by DrTony1(m): 10:32am On Oct 08, 2013
Osyxcel: Just allow it to complete downloading the data. When you get to "Unlock all", just click on "Check for existing purchase" below it. Dats all.
thanks bro but do i still need droid vpn since i have free wifi here & also do i need to open app store again pls intimate more so i wont waste the download. thanks bro
PhonesRe: FIFA 14 For Android... by DrTony1(m): 9:55am On Oct 08, 2013
Osyxcel: Yes, the cache is the 1.3 folder. Move it somewhere else on your memory card.

I meant the FIFA apk downloaded from playstore, and not the playstore apk itself. Go to settings > app> scroll to FIFA14 and uninstall it.

Return that FIFA folder to SDcard/Android/obb. install the andropalace apk and launch.

Make sure it's the whole FIFA folder you moved o.

If you dont move the folder away before uninstalling the former apk, you'll lose the 1.3Gb data, and you'll have to redownload.
Thanks a lot bro. But pls I uninstalled my fifa from playstore without taking any of †ђε above measures, but no problem becos I have a free wi fi to re download here, but †ђε thing is I clicked on †ђε 14.9MB apk andromeda file & its redownloading †ђε 1.3GB again, what step do I take to make sure †ђε fifa will be unlocked, thanks very much in advance

PhonesRe: FIFA 14 For Android... by DrTony1(m): 8:51pm On Oct 07, 2013
NO LONG TIN: i faced similiar problem as you..... it can be very frustrating

I'll list the steps i took to get it working(unlocked)

1. install the apk and copy the file to /andriod/Obb folder

2. open the game, just to make sure it will open

3. go to play store and search for FIFA 2014(of course you must be connected)

4. there you will see 2 buttons(open and uninstall) - Choose open

5. go to the play tab and select tournament

6. you'll see the price needed to unlock the game(that means it is connected to the server). DON'T choose this!!!!!!

7. choose 'check for existing purchase'

8. Vola!!! 'You have already purchased this game

Your FIFA 2014 has now been unlocked, you can disconnect from the internet(if you want)

I hope this helps, i know how frustrating it is to have the game but be unable to play it except penalties
Thamk you very much bro. Good job but pls i need ur help, i downloaded my fifa 14 directly from google play but cant unlock it through any way it's frustrating Downloading an application one can play. Playing Only Penalty na torture. Pls help out bros, i wan follow una enjoy too. Thanks alot in advance

dasparrow: Most Nigerians are not aware of this. After all, the word 'half caste' was imported into Nigeria with the English language by none other than the Brits themselves. If that was me that the Brit woman had tried to run her mouth at, I would have given her a piece of my mind. Did Nigerians or indeed black people sit down one fine morning and start making up racial slurs? nope they did not. It was Caucasians/white people who sadly did. Nigerians are generally not into racial slurs - many 'worship' people with pale skin - because Nigeria is an all-black nation and we are too busy trying to cope/solve our myriads of problems than sitting there and intentionally and spitefully calling biracial folks derogatory terms. The British woman should go and talk to her racist British people who cloned the word 'half caste' and imported it into Nigeria!

The husband ain't complaining so why are you trying to take panadol for another man's headache? You think it is every man out there that subscribes to the idea of treating women like slaves or glorified housemates? Just because it is done that way in 3rd world Africa does not mean people in advanced nations prescribe to that crap.

ngozievergreen: Mechie onu gi there. Doctors in govt institutions dont quote prices. U are the one that dont visit hospitals.
They mentioned a prize above to point out that the surgery wont be that costly so as not to scare px.
And keep ur pessimissm to ur self. They have been doing the surgeries there.
If u said ur mum died, may her soul RIP
Please dear, don't argue with †ђε foul mouthed fellow, I'm sure with all this curses he is dishing out to doctors, no one in his family lineage has had enough brain power or will have to become a doctor, maybe God forgive him for his low IQ
PoliticsRe: FEC Approves Heart Surgery At UNTH by DrTony1(m): 10:51am On Apr 04, 2013
chiketee: Mr Iyke. Sometimes I wonder why people think like you. First of all no doctor dictates d price in any government hospital, secondly you may have gone to the man for private services, hence you went to his private hospital. What kind of an adult bases his generalizations just on an encounter with one individual. Is he the only cardio thoracic surgeon in nigeria? You wanted the best, hence that price. I think you should google how much that man has accomplished. It's like going to America and requesting for dr Ben Carson's private services, trust me you will pay through your nose. And please your lies about India being cheaper is quite childish. I know how much a hip replacement or laminectomy costs over there and I know how much it costs here, not to talk of traveling expenses. I can fully understand the emotions going through your head then, your loved ones life was on the line and you needed prompt results and here was this world reknowed surgeon telling you to pay what you can't afford, hence your biased hatred for doctors. Always be true to yourself. Don't go through life clouding your judgements with bias.
Wisely thought out reply, you will surely know when an educated one is talking, I still wonder when a doctors handles †ђε result of lab test in a teaching hospital, that folk must have gone to Prof Aghaji's private hospital or he is in delirium, ranting & dishing out curses to every one he comes across as if if he sees some us in real life he ll have to impetus to utter a word from his gut, well that's what online forum causes.
PoliticsRe: FEC Approves Heart Surgery At UNTH by DrTony1(m): 9:17am On Apr 04, 2013
Decryptor: How do we know what you said here is true? Na who we go ask?
Pls brother ignore †ђε young man, in a teaching hospital doctors don't quote †ђε price, †ђε management does so once you ve paid †ђε surgeons just enter †ђε theatre, they have no business with pricing of opertaion. Besides no surgery in UNTH, not even Neurosurgery cost upto 2million,
PoliticsRe: FEC Approves Heart Surgery At UNTH by DrTony1(m):
Iyfe Namikaze: i would strongly advice against going to that UNTH or whatever it is called. Our medical doctors are not good enough to operate on the heart! This may sound unpathrotic, but its the actuall truth!
The nigerian docs do not care about YOU, they only care about your MONEY.
N500,000? Lol... Wait till you go there for surgery, theyw will include diesel fee, equipment maintenace fee(like say u go carry the equipment go after surgery),nurses fee, assistant fee and then theatre fee which would now amount to a total of 3-4 million naira.
Am telling you from experience!
If you want to have a heart surgery, sharply look for the route to india, it is alot more cheaper there, don't risk your life with these naija docs that can't tell from a pregnancy and malaria. + a word is enough for the wise+
Unintelligent post & foolish one at that matter, you need to be properly educated not just going to an institution, then you ll learn how to talk with facts, I ve seen countless surgeries go on at UNTH without demise of a patient, even this open heart surgery going on has been 98% successful. Sometimes I wonder how folks imbibe in them unfactual beliefs,My friends mum was operated on last 2 weeks, and guess what she paid? 500K & she's alive and healthy as I'm typing now, pls sir have you ever witnessed a surgery in UNTH before to see how dedicated & concerned †ђε surgeons are? Well how can you? You obviously don't have †ђε threshold brain power to step inside a theatre,do you know how many nigerian trained doctors practiscing successfully in †ђε USA? Ask wikipedia, at least over 20,000. How old are you by †ђε way & have ever checked your IQ to talk thrash about nigerian doctors cos I believe an intelligent fellow will think well before concluding. Nairaland needs to conduct IQ tests for some dullards in this forum pls, †ђε mediocrity is getting too much, imagine replying a post with 'sharrap' instead of 'I don't think so' .Well I ll have to stop here cos I love talking with elites and bother replying cos I when I see your name I won't read your post, till you upload an evidence on this forum that you have threshold intelligence be it a certification or what.
Thanks

Jakumo: Hey, its on, Dr. Tony. Book me an appointment, but this week is taken up by the panel-beaters who are trying out some new dental procudures on me behind the mechaninc's village here.

My only compliant so far is all these damn apprentices crowding around and asking questions while the surgery is in progress. Why do there have to be so many of them, and for heaven's sake, why must they all wear these grubby, engine-oil stained overalls ? That dress-code seriously spooked me at first, but I got used to it, in the interest of scientific advancement.
Engine-oil stained overall? that got me cracking bro, nice joke. †ђε resident doctors have to learn practically too, that's why its a bit crowded.
PoliticsRe: FEC Approves Heart Surgery At UNTH by DrTony1(m):
nagoma: Heart surgery is one out of innumerable reasons for Nigerian's health tourism abroad and open heart surgery is rapidly going out of fashion world wide. Minimally invasive Heart operations and Robotic cardiac surgery are the vogue even in the "truly Developing " countries like India , brazil and Malaysia. I will not at this moment advise anyone to submit himself and his dear heart to the UNTH new knives.
Quit type mis-leading stuff about Nigerian docs, and what you have NO facts about, get your facts right before posting cos we have competent doctors in nigeria.Yes key hole surgery is in vogue, but we ll get there, one step at a time.

PrettyCindy: You people keep mentioning Barrack Obama. I no fit laugh abeg. So if he is a lefty nko? Abegi......

I didnt say its a problem because it is not. Its a habit learnt from toddler years. I will make efforts and teach him how to use his right hand like Kenneth said.
Your son was probably born with †ђε right hemisphere of his brain being dominant to †ђε left hemisphere, in most of †ђε population †ђε left hemisphere is more dominant which makes them write with the right hand.
Having †ђε right hemisphere of †ђε brain dominant in your child means your child is likely going to be tilted more towards artistry & creative capabilites rather than arithemetic capability like most right handed fellow.
Madam you should be lucky he was born that way, many great people were born leftie, not just obama as most people on †ђε forum are pointing out, have you ever heard of a man called leonardo da vinci? A genius perhaps of unrivalled importance in arts & science.try googling out these leftie people & you ll be amazed at †ђε result you ll see & then you will be happy that your son is very special and has a lot of creative abilities to become a future star.
My candid advice madam is teach him how to use his right hand if that pleases you so he can be ambidextrous which is an envied ability. Rather than stopping him from using his left hand please. Most people including me wish we were ambidextrous and please madam don't allow NONSENSE superstious beliefs & stories flying around our culture decieve you, look for scientific explanations like I have given you which is †ђε way foward cos I strongly believe you are very educated too. Scientifically speaking, thank God you have a leftie as son.

I'm a medical student and Personally I don't think its important sha!
Had †ђε same scenario back in high school days, didn't like it but did well at it.
But as a med student u can't say its not necessary, which MBBS programme are you doing right now miss? 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th? cos if you have done public health, then you ll know maths its important, also coming to real life hospital experience you would be faced with challenges on how to calculate fluid loss & fluid replacement, very important especially in paediatrics, then you ll know that truely maths is relevant to all fields & †ђε field of medicine is not excluded.
