You are nearly there...your being able to identify the problem alone...and willingness to seek solutions means you can really solve the problem.

First, your resolve and strong will comes to play.

Second, set your priorities, your objective. Which is more important, self-service or your body shape.

Third, take it one day at a time...keep a diary...for each day you go without self-service, reward yourself, give yourself a treat or a compliment.

Before you know it...you'ld have trained your body again to refuse the urge of self-service and you will be in absolute control of your body... And not the other way round.

Mind you, it looks simple...but very tasking and requires 100% commitment. If you need to get a coach or confidant to monitor your progress, do so.
