Comparing obj fuel prices with Jonathan regime
The only sane reply I will expect from anyone is to deny that these prices are right or wrong, if they are right, we should be asking ourselves how did we get here and where are we heading.

PoliticsRe: Senate Kicks Against Multiple Budgets In A Fiscal Year by dsenator: 3:22pm On Dec 16, 2025
They can only condemn it but can't do anything about accepting whatever their Lord and Master wants.
They are a non existent arm of government just like what NLC currently means to the workers.

PoliticsRe: Nigeria Can't Continue On This Path: Atiku Condemns Abduction Of Schoolgirls by dsenator: 6:45pm On Nov 17, 2025
All of you that are leaving the truthful message and finding one fault or the other with Atiku, the messenger are the real hypocrites. Can't we just call a spade a spade for once and come to the agreement that the country securitywise is in a free fall and something must be done urgently?
PoliticsRe: Planned National Convention Will Proceed - PDP by dsenator: 8:10pm On Oct 31, 2025
If you want to know how good or otherwise a country is, check the police and the judicial system!
It's a shame we've lost both, all thanks to our greedy politicians.
PoliticsRe: Governors, Stop Squandering Fuel Subsidy Windfall - Daily Trust by dsenator: 6:37pm On Aug 22, 2025
After inflicting a serious injury on the masses of the nation by removing the subsidy on his first day in office, one would have expected Tinubu, if he was a good leader to be in firm control of how the monies made from this subsidy removal would be efficiently and incorruptibly used to alleviate the injury he inflicted on the people rather than just doling out these monies to many of these guys that even find it difficult till now to pay the minimum wage of 70k naira . Giving these governors these monies had a political undertone from day one, the primary objective was to get the loyalty and support of some of these governors, especially the ones in the opposition parties, He has achieved his aim to some extent to the detriment of the suffering larger percentage of the populace. It's a known fact in Nigeria that contesting and winning a gubernatorial race would have gulped hundreds of billions of naira, if not trillions.
Instead of the corrupt scholarship scheme, free education at least to high school level would have been a good idea. Giving loans and grants to serious Nigerians that are interested in the Agricultural sector would have started yielding results by now.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Congratulates Bye-election Winners, Praises INEC For Credible Polls by dsenator: 9:59pm On Aug 17, 2025
Any sane person knows that in a free and fair election in Nigeria as we're talking right now, Apc can not get more than 30% of votes in any part of the country. Apc should enjoy their loots from Inec while it lasts!
PoliticsRe: 2027: APC Kicks As Opposition Backs Single Day Polls by dsenator: 2:36pm On Jul 29, 2025
This is how we used to do it some years back and the fairness of our elections was far better than what we have now. Here in the US, we elect so many people into different offices on a single election day and you would have known the results at least 97%, if not all, few hours after the election. Mahmoud Yakubu came here in Maryland to witness how their elections were conducted, returned to Nigeria with different ideas that the government implemented, but later allowed himself to be used to rubbish all the investments made in what would have been the best election so far in the history of Nigeria. If well handled electronically, it will save a lot of money, it will save a lot of time, and most importantly, it will save us from electoral fraud.
Foreign AffairsRe: Burkina Faso Military Rulers Scrap Electoral Commission, Takes Control by dsenator: 9:53pm On Jul 18, 2025
The guy has done the right thing by sacking the entire corrupt electoral team. Does that mean a set of credible team will not be assembled to replace them? Wether you propaganda team of Tinubu likes it or not, as at today, this man in uniform is a better performer than your daddy Tinubu, and he's well loved by his country people. It's high time we fired Yakubu and his corrupt electoral team as well. The only thing Tinubu is banking on to remain in power beyond 2027 is the Inec's abracadabra. If there would be a free and fair election in 2027, Tinubu can NEVER score more than 10% of the total votes. You his propagandists will have a very difficult job to do in 2027, I wonder how you want to package rotten and maggot infested tomatoes 🍅 for sale?
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Is A Nollywood Actor, He Can't Win - El-Rufai (Throwback Video) by dsenator: 6:34pm On Jul 03, 2025
He couldn't win then because of the political party he ran on, period! Rufai was absolutely correct then but things could change if he eventually gets the ticket to run as the ADC flagbearer.
EducationRe: Why Exactly Are We Going To School When We Know There Are No Jobs - Lady Asks by dsenator: 7:26pm On Jun 29, 2025
There are few job opportunities in Nigeria right now, but there are so many opportunities outside the shores of the country especially if you read the most in demand courses like in the technology and social marketing fields.
PoliticsRe: New Tax Laws: Side Hustles, Freelance Will Be Taxed by dsenator: 12:47pm On Jun 27, 2025
What percentage of taxes will Tinubu and his fellow politicians pay? Nigerians should arise and demand for the true democracy as practiced in some of the western countries not this type that only makes payment of taxes mandatory for only the common people and receiving of largesse only the birthright of the political elite. While Paying taxes is not a bad thing, the utmost attention should be on how to eliminate insecurity and corruption in the country which are the hindering factors to thriving of businesses in Nigeria. The citizens will not mind to pay their fair share of taxes if they know that the taxes collected will be effectively and transparently utilized.

PoliticsRe: 2027: You Are Wrong, Tinubu Will Win By Landslide – APC Chieftain Replies Sowore by dsenator: 10:47pm On May 25, 2025
Tinubu has barely completed 2 years in office before starting a full blown campaign for his re election in 2027. What's really going on in this country called Nigeria?? At a crucial time that this guy should focus his attention on governance if he had any good things to offer in the first instance, he's busy wasting money and time on who and who defect to Apc. Traore in Burkina Faso was not elected through the ballot system, but his country is now the cynosure of all eyes because of his numerous achievements just in months. Where are the dividends of democracy from Bola Tinubu? He should remember that all the pains that he's inflicting on the helpless citizens in the name of these propaganda reforms can be undone by the next president just in a year. The major thing the people need from Tinubu is to secure the country by stopping these incessant killings. put an end to bandits, and clamp down on Fulani herdsmen that are preventing the hard working Nigerians from going to their farms.A country looking for foreign investors but ritual killings are still very common, to the extent that a head of a human being now costs around 25k and the governments are doing nothing about it? This is a shame of a country!
PoliticsRe: Rotational Presidency: House Of Reps Rejects Bill At Second Reading by dsenator: 5:16pm On May 13, 2025
So if a region does not have credible candidates when it's their turn we'll now be forced to settle for one of those bad candidates. If we want to practice true democracy as it's practiced in western countries, it should be government of the people, for the people and by the people, it does not matter where the candidates the people want come from. What we have to pay a special attention to is a genuine electoral reform that will guarantee that whosoever the people vote for will be announced as the winner, not the type of reforms by Apc, for Apc by their partner in crime, Mahmoud Yakubu.
PoliticsRe: APGA Adopts Tinubu For 2027 Presidential Election by dsenator: 5:20pm On May 08, 2025

PhonesRe: MTN Increases 15GB Data Cost From 2k To 6k by dsenator: 11:52am On Feb 11, 2025
All what the people are receiving from this clueless man are increments in prices of goods and services since he became the president. Can someone tell me one good thing that he has done to improve the living situation of the citizens.
There are still many bad things coming from this dude that takes delight in unleashing hardships on the people including the ones that voted for him.
Are these the dividends of democracy?

PoliticsRe: NLC Hails Dangote Refinery For Fuel Price Cut by dsenator: 5:42pm On Dec 25, 2024
People should find a way to treat the f**k up of both NLC and TUC, they are in no way different from Tpain their boss.
The cut of how much are they celebrating when many people can not feed their families during Christmas, let alone travel to their villages to celebrate with their loved ones.
PoliticsRe: Fuel Price Hike: Nigerians Groaning Under Harsh Economic Condition – Peter Obi by dsenator: 5:51pm On Oct 12, 2024
It's a huge shame to still have some people still jumping out to defend this Tinubu of a man. I supported and gladly voted for this man but I strongly believe now that he's even more clueless than Buhari.
The only reform that can stand and even outlast any government in Nigeria is to eliminate corruption in the police and empower the judiciary as well.
If these two can perform efficiently and optimally, it shall be well with the country.
When our laws become no respecter of any individuals, like in the western countries, that's the time we'll have a cause to celebrate.
PoliticsRe: Fresh Electricity Tariff Hike Looms, Nigeria’s Monthly Power Subsidy Hits N181.B by dsenator: 11:02am On Sep 23, 2024
Nigerians should arise and do the needful, the longer you tarry, the more hardships this wicked man will continue to unleash on the masses.
Anyone waiting for Tinubu to bail out the helpless people from their poverty and penury is just a great joker.
How did Tinubu directly touch the lives of the needy when he was the governor of Lagos for 8 good years.
Tinubu is rich with his I'll gotten wealth, but in what ways did he ever help the needy in his personal capacity. At least we saw the positive impact the great MKO Abiola left on so many lives. A stingy but greedy man never helps no one but himself ,his family and his cronies.
Nigerians have to deliver themselves from this bondage.

PoliticsRe: Reno Omokri Gives Reasons For Criticizing Peter Obi by dsenator: 10:56am On May 24, 2024
There's no need for him to provide reasons, it's shown clearly that his obsession with Obi is is nothing but sheer jealousy. I'm not in any way affiliated to Obi but it could be seen clearly that this so called "money man" that's always promising to give people $10,000 if they could provide an answer to a question has got too much time on his hands to play with. Obi aspiring carefully to become the president of the federal Republic of Nigeria is giving Reno sleepless nights.
