This student loan that is being introduced by this administration is definitely not what the students need at this time, what should be done is to at least reduce the tuition fees being charged by our tertiary institutions to what can be affordable to the majority of the students.
The money earmarked for this loan should be used to subsidize the project if the need arises.

If power must go to the South should it be to the South West or the South South both of which have produced presidents recently?

Many of the good bridges and solid structures we still have standing till today were built by the military governments. In the US where I reside, our congress guys are accessible to the public and their activities in their chambers are closely monitored by the electorates and the consistent development we experience here is a testimony to that effect.
Even with the insane sums of money our government officials are earning in Nigeria, can we name their achievements as our representatives at least since 1999 ?

Seyi Makinde is nothing but a traitor, if genuinely he and Wike were about fairness as far as power shifting to the South is concerned, they should have supported Mr Peter Obi from the South East, whose region has not had a shot at the presidency wether as the number 1 or 2 since 1999.

Even Wike shouldn't be complaining because his brother from the South South was the last president from the PDP. The only major zone that has been greatly marginalized so far is the South East.

It was equally not right for Wike to clamor for power to shift to himself in the South South when the last president from his party, pdp came from the South South part of the country nor for Tinubu in the South West when Obasanjo and Osinbajo from that zone would have by the end of this tenure spent 16 years between them as the president and vice president respectively.
Power shifting to the South is not a bad idea if that is constitutionally right, but it should be to the South East.
