Though i am not an attorney but commonsense tells me that the arrow of pendulum of who is telling the truth between these two people tilts towards the side of the cab guy more than the lady.I came to this conclusion because of these reasons:
1)We were not told by this lady that this guy drugged or hypnotised her before he decided to take her to his house.
2)We were not told by this lady that there was a consensual agreement before the taxi man drove her to his home.
3)We were not informed by this lady that where this taxi man took her to was an isolated house where there were no other houses.
My Submission-
The lady in question is an adult of more than 20 years of age with no physical disability that could have made the driver to take advantage of and any sane person will agree with me that for a man to rape or kidnap even a minor girl needs a better preparation\planning than what this lady is trying to make us believe.
If the taxi man had the intention of raping her,he would have driven her to the nearest bush or an isolated\uncompleted building where there would be no traces after the dastardly act had been commited not to his house which he must have given the address to Taxify when he was registering with them.

I will sincerely tell you from my own point of view that it is neither selfishness nor wickedness if i advise you to think twice before leaving Nigeria.
I am a legal resident in the US and i always do sincerely tell anybody that wants to come here to have your plans before you come here.The planning should include:
1.Accomodation-Where would you be living when you come here?A studio accomodation meant for maximum two people in New York is going for minimum of $1000 per month.Thats why we have many homeless people around having no where to sleep.
2.Employment-For you to work legally here you must have employment authorisation card,if you are coming here with visitor"s visa,you are not qualified to work,you can only work illegally.
Many of the entry level jobs especially if you are not a certified professional or a skilled worker attracts between $10 and $13 per hour and you might not be getting more than 30 hours per week.After tax you might not be taking more than $300 per week.
The lucrative jobs here are mainly those in the healthcare and I.T
You can also make good money here as a cdl certified driver(truck drivers) but to do the training here the cheapest you can get it here is $5000.
Artisans are not doing badly here too but its cheaper to acquire these skills in Nigeria.
3.Misconception-Some people do have that misconception about making money here even to the extent that some invest as much as 1 million naira or even more to procure visa thinking that they will get the money back immediately they get here.The simple truth is that just like in Lagos
or Abuja,money does not grow on trees here.
Summary-Your brother working with Burlington earning $9/hr in the US telling you things are not easy over here is like a man selling gala inside traffic in Lagos telling his brother in the village that things are not easy.

How i wish the appropriate authorities would take this case up,fish this guy out and serve him the right punishment.I really dont know why his face was covered if we would want him to serve as deterrent to others that do this stuff.If he had done this without publicising or bragging about it,it would have been though condemnable but still pardonable but bragging about it has taken it to an un-pardonable height.If we keep condemning the class of leaders we currently have for having failed the nation,what does this guy that will be part of our future leaders offer the country.What a shame!

Truth be told,this man is ready to put an end to what America really stands for.He is a man that does not like immigrants at all wether legal or illegal.America is great because of their immigration policies that encourage immigrants into the country,embrace and assist them to realize their dreams and thats why for example we have so many Indians excelling in medicine and I.T and Nigerians doing extremely well in the medical field today.
Trump kept telling his supporters at his campaigns and rallies that the immigrants have taken the jobs from the native Americans and was promising to return their jobs to them by deporting all the undocumented immigrants.
It is not debatable that its not only the countries mentioned here that would be affected as he is not targeting only the muslims but the immigrants as a whole because the republicans believe that the democrats always enjoy the lion"s share of the immigrant"s support during elections.
I can bet it with anyone that if for example the Ghanaians that were issued visa into the US in 2016 were 100,000,expect the number to be highly reduced to something like 20,000 for this year 2017.

Btw, I don't know what state you're in but there's not "Photo Voters registration card", what is that? You vote with you Drivers License or State ID. There are other acceptable forms of identification such as military ID or whatever the list suggest. I have never heard of a photo voter's card.

The problem with this woman is that she wants to directly or indirectly maximise her position as the first lady to amass as much wealth as possible just like Mrs Patience but her husband has not been supportive in achieving her ambition and she"s now feeling seriously agitated.

Coming from the fact that i live outside the shores of Nigeria,it is always painful to me when i see the youths in my country showing solidarity with people that are corrupt due to tribal,political or even religious sentiments.If a thief out of ten is caught,the immediate reaction should be to commend the effort of the group or the agency that caught that thief and now appeal strongly to them to help us apprehend the remaining nine rather than condemning them for not apprehending the ten at a time.
As a resident in the US i could borrow up to thirty books from the public library for as long as i want to have them if i keep renewing my account anytime before the deadline for me to return them.Am talking about a library that is stocked with books on any topic or career you might be interested in.
I have access to unlimited internet not on a megabyte or gigabyte volume as it is obtainable in Nigeria for a fee that is highly affordable where you can learn different stuffs even a new career on youtube.
I have access to college loan and different other financial aids and scholarships.Many of our political leaders enjoyed scholarships to study in the UK,US etc when they were younger due to good management of the country by the leaders we had then and all of a sudden because of unchecked corruption that later degenerated into a free for all affair that has now finally grounded the country into what is now generally accepted to be recession.
Is it not a shame if truly they had no potable water in Otuoke and this present regime now had to bail them out?
Even when Obasanjo did a good job fighting corruption rather than commending him,people were busy calling the fight all sorts of names even when it was glaring enough that far more PDP politicians were prosecuted than the politicians from the other parties.
The question now should be if this woman could be this rich as they want us to believe,how many scholarships has she given in the last five years to the less priviledged students in the Niger Delta?What has she done to alleviate the sufferings of the people in that region?Just like 5% of the Niger Deltans can patronize the hotel that efcc is claiming she fraudulently built with the exorbitant amount they charge per lodging.
If we want the youths in Nigeria to have any hope for a bright future for themselves and their children unborn,any corrupt leader that is caught should never be shown any leniency because they have shown consistently to be extremely wicked towards the masses in the country.
