Some of us were alive when Jakande built so many low cost housing units all over Lagos state, built so many schools many of which are still around till today that the children of the less privileged can go, he built LASU, Lagos state university, did so many commendable things as the governor of Lagos that Tinubu can not accomplish in his political career because of his selfish reasons. Abiola was a wealthy man that had the genuine desire to bring people out of poverty while Tinubu is a wealthy man that still has a huge focus on personal gains far more than helping and alleviating the sufferings of the masses.

Its just been announced by CNN that 34 American troops have been diagnosed with brain injuries after Iran strike.It had earlier been announced by the President that no casualties were recorded immediately after the attack and just few days back, it was announced by Trump that some of the troops had some slight headache.

Though i am not an attorney but commonsense tells me that the arrow of pendulum of who is telling the truth between these two people tilts towards the side of the cab guy more than the lady.I came to this conclusion because of these reasons:
1)We were not told by this lady that this guy drugged or hypnotised her before he decided to take her to his house.
2)We were not told by this lady that there was a consensual agreement before the taxi man drove her to his home.
3)We were not informed by this lady that where this taxi man took her to was an isolated house where there were no other houses.
My Submission-
The lady in question is an adult of more than 20 years of age with no physical disability that could have made the driver to take advantage of and any sane person will agree with me that for a man to rape or kidnap even a minor girl needs a better preparation\planning than what this lady is trying to make us believe.
If the taxi man had the intention of raping her,he would have driven her to the nearest bush or an isolated\uncompleted building where there would be no traces after the dastardly act had been commited not to his house which he must have given the address to Taxify when he was registering with them.

I am a legal resident in the US and i always do sincerely tell anybody that wants to come here to have your plans before you come here.The planning should include:
1.Accomodation-Where would you be living when you come here?A studio accomodation meant for maximum two people in New York is going for minimum of $1000 per month.Thats why we have many homeless people around having no where to sleep.
2.Employment-For you to work legally here you must have employment authorisation card,if you are coming here with visitor"s visa,you are not qualified to work,you can only work illegally.
Many of the entry level jobs especially if you are not a certified professional or a skilled worker attracts between $10 and $13 per hour and you might not be getting more than 30 hours per week.After tax you might not be taking more than $300 per week.
The lucrative jobs here are mainly those in the healthcare and I.T
You can also make good money here as a cdl certified driver(truck drivers) but to do the training here the cheapest you can get it here is $5000.
Artisans are not doing badly here too but its cheaper to acquire these skills in Nigeria.
3.Misconception-Some people do have that misconception about making money here even to the extent that some invest as much as 1 million naira or even more to procure visa thinking that they will get the money back immediately they get here.The simple truth is that just like in Lagos
or Abuja,money does not grow on trees here.
Summary-Your brother working with Burlington earning $9/hr in the US telling you things are not easy over here is like a man selling gala inside traffic in Lagos telling his brother in the village that things are not easy.
