GEJ introduced social networking to Nigerian (even African) politics. That is what the Minister meant, he was 100% correct.
Because of GEJ, all Nigerian politicians are striving hard to seem in connection with the masses and youth through facebook, twitter and the likes (even monsters like IBB).
