In a case like this am very sure there is an issue with your kyc document. I will appreciate it sir if you can reach out to me with the name and mail you submitted while filling the form (since it’s not Stock Broking, account opening should take max of 2 working days).
You can also send a mail to customer care requesting to know the status of your account opening.
