My brother I used to think that way until I sent them a tweet. The guy who attended to me just told me a simple thing that Data depletion depends on my usage and I can verify from my phone data usage. To my surprise... The guy was right as the usage was exactly the same amount of data I used. You can also check your phone data usage and u will confirm. Send them a tweet via this handle @airtel_care and they will attend to u very fast. |
I feel for you bro... Some times ago, i had a drop balance issue and I contacted this handle @airtel_care and the issue was resolved in less thank 15minutes. I am very sure the issue will be resolved if u contact them. I also believe we have people affiliated to Airtel on this platform who will be reading this post. I suggest you drop your handle or number if you dont mind and see if anyone will assist you with it. |

I had similar issues and sent a tweet to their twitter account and it was resolved. The surprising thing was they called me at different intervals to verify the status. You can send a tweet to @airtel_care and the issue will be history. |
I once had a similar issue and this was how i tackled it. I deactivated the service immediately and then dialed *2442# to activate their DND (do not disturb) service on my line. i initially chose the partial DND option and later went for the full option to enable me not to get unsolicited contents and SMS from their network. i hope this will also work for you. |
@Joel... I can assure you that Airtel is far better than all other networks. Their data speed is excellent, pocket-friendly tariff plans with other numerous bonuses. You can get more information from their twitter handle @airtel_care. I have been using Airtel for more than 5years and I have never regretted that choice... try it out and you will testify. The 3finger shut have been removed... And if u don't know how to upgrade... Just remain on XUI else u will lose your imei... Also xos does not support changing of imei |

I guess it should be an error from the network. Why dont you contact their customer care on whatsApp. They use 7012631111 and 7010000117 among others. On twitter @airtel_care. They sure will rectify the problem. Sorry Bruv. |
