chronique: 3000 dirhams is about 300k in your post. I'm not sure that translates to living well except maybe your post is for people with no source of livelihood at all. That money can't sustain a lot of people here in naija monthly.
How much is a lot of people in Nigeria 'you are talking about' earning?
My target is for those eager to get rich quick and those that embrace 1000aed job always without plan for self-development
Abeebayo0106: I'm an orthopaedic technician and I have send c.v time without number and never get reply from any of their hospitals. How can I get this job in Dubai or do I have to come in to Dubai before I can get this kind of job
riverbird: A friend told me he can get me accros on a 3 months visa which I can upgrade to 2 years when I cross over on budget of 300k but I will be the one to get my flight ticket, see me na I never even feed well talk of coughing out 500k
Gooci: I read some comments and i could not stop laughing at all.
The bottom line is for people coming to UAE with only BSc certificate without no experience, be prepared to start with menial jobs which can be 50/50. You fit get am and at same time, you might no get it and go back home bllb.
UAE is for patient people who can also make sacrifices.
For menial jobs, you can earn from 1000aed to less than 2k, but overtime this will be not be enough again. By the time you spend on yourself here, spend on your family back home, how much is left If a person in this kind of situation decides to come back home, then there will be no much savings. The best thing to do is to up your game, make sacrifices, go for your choice of professional courses to get more opportunities. If you are already in a professional line in Nigeria that you can fall back on in uae, then you can get to uae and hit it big immediately or you have done some professional certificates in Nigeria with experience, then you can be lucky to get to uae and hit the ground runnining instantly.
I got to UaE in 2015 on taxi job. I did it for 3yrs, moved to another company for 2yrs. Spent heavily on professional courses( it was pain in the ass at the moment ehnn). Now am with a third company with my bsc and professional courses and i just look at myself sometimes and i say na so uae be with better job. I just have to thank God.
Guys, it took me 5yrs to find a very good platform here in uae. So for people with only bsc, no experience and thinking of coming to dubai to hit it immediately, the experience is not alwayz good at the end and they will never advise anyone to come to UAE at all. This life na to get first hand info and be ready to take one step at a time. The situation you find yourself whether with only bsc, with experience etc depend on where you start taking your step
uchman: Yap yap yap... This is the reason why I said you write too much and you will be a talkative in real life...
I came to Dubai for the first time in 2011, even before my NYSC 2012... I have worked as a professional in Dubai and Ajman(Mechanical/Automobile engineer) with Casa ahuda building maintenance LLC for many years... Right now, am self employed with my professional freelance visa(Note the diff between professional freelance visa and Casual workers freelance visa... Mine having Mechanical/Automobile engineer and not a CLEANER or MESSENGER as job description)
UAE is one of the best country, if one can be patient enough, have a GCC work experience in your field of profession, do away with Nija get rich quick mentality, take things one after another, you will be fine...
Good morning house...
Faceless platform dey bring disrespect, boss ignore.
sweat9: The state you're living in this UAE determined your brain value. What's your aim @ first country education?. View your side and review the other sides. When did you enter UAE self wey u de talk jackshit for mouth?.

That's disrespectful, Nairaland sha, because he comment now, he is a newbie.
uchman: You write too much and you will be a talkative... Someone with first world country’s education will survive better in UAE... Do you think UAE don’t pay experts? Maybe you have suffered too much in UAE under the hot sun...
Elsueno: So Mr Dubaiguy, u still haven't told us what you did or do & making it legitimately in Dubai?
U see Dubai & Saudi na prime locations for northerners, but they will always choose Saudi in case of job opportunities. These are people that have a very close wavelength with the arabs, same ideology, religion & some even speak Arabic. Dubai is best for holidays or if u have millions of naira to invest

Please guys I can't really respond to Dms. If you have any enquires, send me a comment on the video on YouTube and I will respond accordingly. Trust me.
Whenever I post videos and threads here, sometimes I do notice some people's negative comments on my threads; all pointing to one thing; they don't believe my posts.
First, I want you to know I am a Nigerian living fine in Dubai (legitimately)
Second, all my videos are based on factual information. My sources are from my experience and realities of Nigerians over here too.
Lastly, if you love and adore Nigeria, great! My videos are for people hoping to come to Dubai, UAE or any other Arab countries for greener pastures.
Now that aside, do Nigerians really make it in Dubai and UAE as a whole... Yes (although, as expected, not everybody)
How do they do it and how can you grow yourself in Dubai even as a Nigerian? It is mainly by working hard and working smart.
1) To work smart, don't depend on menial or 1000 dirhams jobs like construction, cleaning, car wash etc. Yes, these jobs can sustain you but if you want to be able to save and spend better, you will need to aim higher.
It is rare to find nationalities like Phillipines doing these menial jobs because they are very resilient when it comes to working at their dream positions.
You may say they employ based on nationality, but what are you bringing to the table? You speak English better, that's not the only thing needed. How about
2) Experience; I keep saying it experience is golden over here. Companies want you to say you have experience in your field; thats the first thing they wanna hear before seeing your certificate.
3) Get a certification course; This is for folks who don't have certificates in the professional line like Law, Medicine, Engineering etc or looking for a more flexible career. There are many job courses you can do at Dubai that their pay are more than menial jobs. They include;
Barista, Safety, Caregiver, Life Guard, Graphics Design CNA, and I.T. all affordable and lucrative courses. You can even study one of these courses before coming to Dubai.
Although I explained them all with their full prices and potential returns in my video, I will explain two here.
CNA- this course is for people looking to be assistant nurses, it takes about 3-4 months and the pay is around 3000(#300,000+) or more dirhams per month
Barista - Coffee business is so lucrative in Dubai. This course teaches you how to brew coffee. Lessons can take a week or two weeks max. pay ranges from 1500 -2000 dirhams.
Yes, it is not a crime to start small. I started as a car washer too when I got to Dubai I 2015, I washed more than 150 cars in a week but I didn't stop there, I went for certifications and now I thank God today.
Trust me, Nigerians are making it through these jobs, you can do them to grow too. Thanks.
