I was appalled ,when I happened to stroll into this section ,to find the obscenities that heralded this thread. I find it unbecoming to mods to engage in such lewd exchanges on a LITERATURE chat room. They should have restricted such licentiousness to the sexuality section. Such confabulation belittles them before the eyes of youngsters who visit this section --despite their intelligence. |

Tomakint! You are one of the few intellectuals who have a deep insight into the mutations of our polity.Forget about these myopic lunkheads who have no modicum of idea about the changes and consequences of our present political system. The disintegration of Nigeria is just like a time bomb which will detonate when its set time lapses. 1 Like |

I wonder why women don't like keeping themselves natural. |

I don't agree.Nigeria would have still been the way it is at present. |

Contemporary fashion trends has become absolutely noisome especially among members of the fairer sex.In ancient times, when one looked at a woman what he saw was an epitome of decency and responsibility but these days the show backs, show bust, outrageous coiffures,tight-fitting apparel etc have made women quintessences of moral turpitude.Even among certain religious circles such moral degeneration (such as trouser-wearing by women) has been accepted as a norm. Religious bodies need to go back to the drawing board and redefine the meaning of true religion Parents/Guardians have a big role to play here. They need to inculcate into their wards, right from infancy, the true principles of decency and morality. These measures would go a long way in curbing this social malaise that has eaten deep into the fabric of society. |
