I really do not think NLNG needs to call to confirm your location for medicals as it's all there on the CVs.
I think it's more about knowing your geographical position as it may conflict with your ethnicity.
All in all, it's a positive one!

Medical IV call up, as observed from last set, takes two months after interview to receive. So let's chill and enjoy the Xmas n new year hols. January, most certainly, med ivs will be sent out. Compliments of the season friends!

I strongly believe I passed the interview by God's grace!! I did answer all their questions, and well too. Plus I asked them two rather interesting questions bothering on NLNG sustainability. (that's past now anyway) I Have always had age related issues, no thanks to mistakes on my document(s). Well, I think we shall receive our medicals iv this week or next week coz someone said we are flying by January. But I don't know how authentic it was. The guy did his interview at Lagos and according to him the panel told him. I did mine at Abuja, the only thing were told was that we should try and talk very well never get panic, since anybody that you have seen here has either Distinction or Upper Credit. So we are just trying to see whether you guys worth your result nothing else. He further continued that 1000 applicants sat for the aptitude test and only 200 are invited for the interview but we are absorbing less than 50 according to the man that did documentation for us. May Almighty ALLAH help us coz NLNG is a place to work guys

I heard end of year appraisal is currently ongoing at the company hence the delay as HR should be occupied with that at the moment.

So interview was held only two days in PH?

Interviews went on everyday at Presidential hotel during the interviewing week. I.e Monday to Friday.

This is taking forever.

Hello. I have a 2005 honda accord with navigation and recently, there's the black screen of death with the incription- "please check your disc" displaying forever. I can't operate the AC, CD etc. I have tried cleaning the lense in the navigation CD rom in the trunk/booth of the car but to no avail. Message still appears. I may need to replace the whole unit in the trunk.
Any useful ideas tips from the house please? I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi guys. 2 weeks ago, I got me a new Qsat 23G decoder which I have been enjoying until a few days ago (30/07/14) it suddenly woun't show the server registration message after showing the 'network connection success' message. I think this could mean it hasn't registered to server. I have tried basically everything I know. I have entered settings-XCAM-ACAMHD-active code is 43******** (which only comes up if I restart decoder) and isn't comming up presently. I also noticed the blue signal light on my moderm has been flashing like forever. Please anybody HELP!

Please I wish to be removed from the MTN easy internet sms alert pack plan or what ever it is called. I can't remeber requesting or subscribing to that. How much do you guys deduct each time you do your auto-renewals and how do I unsubscribe please!

@ Poster, Honestly the way I see it, the earlier posts from the guys weren't intended to make jest of your thoughts and hopes but an indirect advice to you to look before leaping.
My bad but seeking to buy a private jet at this time is like an oversized joke. You need to consider the following:-
- Aviation fuel price.
- Pilot fee or salary as the case may be.
- Parking space/spot
- Runway
- Maintenance fee
- Documented 'GO' from aviation authorities which you'll definitely have to renew time to time.
If you really want to upgrade your status, take my advice and do the underlying:-
- Buy a really good/fancy house with all the recent state of the art security gadgets in a respectable part of the country emmm say Abuja for instance.
- Buy some brand new 2010/2011 cars with all the possible functions an automobile designer genius can think of.
- Invest in a couple of lucrative business
- Lend a helping hand to the less privileged in the society
- Buy a flight ticket when ever you feel like flying.
