@dagr8. Hope u entered for the GBP/JPY alert I gave. It's looking more and more like a sure bet. I already won it on d 5 mins TF but for the sake of those who can't follow at 5 mins, u can go wit this on 15 mins.

Yes, I understand that. For that reason I won't put up my 5 mins alert anymore, only those on longer time frames.

Don't worry, it's not that hard. First go learn about forex. Take the classes at babypips(dot)com. If you don't understand anything there, come back and ask questions. When u r through learning about forex, we can then talk about how that knowledge can be applied to get success on betonmarkets.

Sure, would do. It would be difficult tho, to follow my 5 mins alert. You just have to see it as soon as it's dropped. If the price has moved more than 2 pips in any direction, it is no longer safe to enter.

The strategy is all about riding the trend on the short time frame. It works especially well when there's a break out in a ranging market and with volatile pairs. You would want the breakout to be in the direction of the overall trend for the day, which you can get off of your 4 hr chart. Sometimes, even if the trend on the short time frame is against the daily trend this strategy still works as price would always retrace after some time before moving in any particular direction.

Yes u are right, there's a strategy for all time frames, I suppose.

Another possible bet is GBP/AUD to rise. I would go with 5 mins, but d trend seems strong enough to carry for 15-30 mins. Apply your own discretion.

Anyone interested can go for GU to rise in 1 hour from now.

mkmyers45: why do you use such short time frames?

It works well with my strategy. I identify the trend on the 15min chart, wait for all my indicators to line up properly and follow the signal. It works pretty well, especially with volatile pairs.
