Hello all,

I'm starting this thread to share alerts, tips and strategies for betonmarkets. These alerts follow simple price action rules and that's why they are based on common sense. I've been in this business for over a year, used all kinds of indicators, and have come to realise that the best strategy to succeed in betonmarkets is to follow price.

Those who were part of the old betonmarkets alert thread (which I can't seem to find, hence this new thread) may remember me from this time last year. I had to leave the scene for a while to focus more on school work and also to discover better strategies for consistent profit.

Alerts will be posted here as soon as they are traded and will range from 15 mins to a couple of days. Safe money management would be to risk 5% of your account per trade and a maximum of 10%.

If anyone has any questions regarding the alerts or the betonmarkets process in general, don't hesitate to ask. Let's begin.

Optimisticgondy: Maybe u should teach the house your system. I'm even afraid BOM will allow us trade during news release (Ojoro). Me I no trade since last week o as I just dey lose using that forexpros signal. Na true some forex pros talk say indicators dey fail o. I dey even fear to trade using that signal make I no lose wetin I chop for BOM o.
U fit teach the house how u dey trade the news. Do u make use of Forexpros News or Economic Calendar?

Let me just say this. Inasmuch as the forexpros strategy is good and can yield decent profit on lucky days, it seems to also have the power to kill when used all by itself, especially when used in placing bets of very short time duration. As always the path of price is never a straight one, so if you are a chart person, you can use the website to get the overall trend direction and then study your charts to find decent entry points. There is a higher chance of success that way.

meritdee: BOM is still the best I've seen.... Anyoption and 24option are way too complicated and complex.

Agreed. Whenever critical pricing issues and all-what-nots come up, just find your way to the minor pairs or go for a longer bet duration and you'll be just fine.

It's a touch/no touch strategy for a 24 hour or more period. I check trend direction anytime on the 4 hr and daily charts, once the setup is right, I enter.

maga1: I hope so too. my greatest problem with BOM is this "Current market conditions preclude proper pricing." Please try again in a few minutes." It has now become the order of the day. Whenever a bet is ripe, they will just bring up dis stuff. at most times you cant even place a bet. Na wa 4 BOM oh

When this happens, just shift your focus to the minor pairs: EUR/CAD, EUR/AUD, AUD/JPY, GBP/CAD, GBP/AUD. Alternatively, if you trust what you see, you can bet for 2 hours or more on the major pairs. Goodluck.

I get the ATR by using the ATR indicator on the MT4 platform, set the period to 14.

I'm attaching a daily chart of AUD/JPY. If you look at the chart, you would see that the trends start when the arrows form, but I wouldn't enter just yet. I'd wait for the BB-Stop to come up as well and for the MACD to cross over to the other side.

I think the best way to use touch/no touch is for a period of 24 hours or more. If you access BOM during the Asian Session, you'll find that they allow touch/no touch for zero days. What is do is get the average true range for the past 14 days. Check the 4hr and daily charts to see overall trend direction. Add or subtract ATR to the current price depending on what I perceive would be the overall direction for that day and place my bet. It has never failed.

naijaobi: I USE FXPRO MT4 PLATFORM (15MIN TF) TO KNOW THE MOVEMENT OF THE MARKET AT THAT PARTICULAR TIME..I THEN BET FOR THE PARTICULAR CURRENCY PAIRS TO TOUCH/NOT TO TOUCH 30PIPS(COULD BE 3 PIPS DEPENDING ON THE CURRENCY PAIR.)

The major difference is that with higher/lower, you can adjust the barrier, while in rise/fall you cannot.

You are very correct. This is my biggest issue with the company. Sha, like I said earlier, when the major pairs are locked shift your attention to the minors. You'd be pleasantly surprised how much opportunities you can get out of them.

Very true. I'd advise u add some of the minor pairs to your watchlist. The big moves are across board. You would have been able to enter for EUR/AUD, EUR/CAD, GBP/AUD and GBP/CAD.
