On getting home i noticed that the max resolution on the screen was 1920*1200 which is not the default resolution on the faulty screen (original) which is 2560*1600 used for gaming and productivity.

CONCLUSION

The issue now is the 16inch screen replacement you sold to me is FHD 1920*1200 resolution while the default faulty screen is QHD 2560*1600. we chatted on Sunday on whatsapp and you told me Today Monday You will get back to me yet nothing.. i even called you and same response you will look for it. Now you don't pick my calls again to find amicable resolution to the matter

I called another store in computer village ikeja and the engineer explained that i was given a low resolution screen replacement instead of the high resolution screen replacement from GLODNUT VENTURES.. I replied i would be at his store this week to replace the screen again with the high resolution 2560*1600 panel


GLODNUTS VENTURES ---- i am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way i am being treated ignoring and not responding to my call or message. Not everyone is naive at some things if they put their trust in you for quality and excellent customer service. I will pay for the new replacement screen at the other store but how i am being treated is unprofessional and trust is compromised.

I am not here to spoil peoples business but if a customer like me is being ignored and treated nonchalantly ,unprofessionally and left on my own( zero customer service after sales) i will call you out in my own little way

when we warn you guys against computer village boys there's always a notion in you that it can't happen to you. That screen is not more than 20k but at most he should sell it as 35-40k, I know this coz my brother recently replaced his screen infact I took the bad screen just incase I need it for something else. Stay away from those boys at computer village infact if you want peace of mind stay way from alaba and computer village. You just got ripped off 100k for nothing. I hope you use a glass while using it pc coz that screen is a bad one that affects the eyes.
