He doesn't wanna agree, I won't force him, but since you asked that question honorably, i would like you to google up Grandiose German Shepherd, Household Kennels and Sublime Kennels. Check their stocks. Would you compare his dog to what i posted and call his own a GSD. That is the problem with Nigerians. Most don't even know GSD is one of the most expensive dog. I don't wanna talk about a price, he has internet, google up the breed standard of a GSD, if it meets up, check pictures. Blood don't lie naa.

The dog below in that picture was 3months plus. Though he's 7 months now. If he calls his own a GSD, what is mine then. I don't need a google to tell me there is a big difference between the two dogs.

Take it or leave it they are not GSD. Anything that doesn't conform to the breed standard of a GSD is simply not a GSD

Don't say what u don't know. I've own rotts for over 3yrs now. They've been lovely and awesome. All depends on grooming and socialization

No offence bro, but I just have a few things to say about your pup supposedly surviving 'Parvo' :

1. Not all cases of diarrhoea (watery stool) in dogs are caused by Parvo.

2. Not all cases of bloody diarrhoea in dogs are caused by Parvo. Ordinary worms in the intestines can cause bloody diarrhoea.

3. Parvo usually presents with severe vomiting, hence making it very difficult to treat with drugs given by mouth.

4. The severity of the vomiting, in addition to the diarrhoea, causes the dog to get severely dehydrated very quickly, hence the need for drip. Rehydration by mouth is usually not possible because of the vomiting.

We dog lovers and owners tend to over diagnose every case of watery poo, especially with blood, in our pets as Parvo...some of us have even boasted about treating Parvo on our own at home with drugs we gave by mouth...

Am not a vet o, but I have experienced Parvo first hand, and its definitely not the type of canine disease you joke with or handle on your own at home. Even when handled by an experienced vet, it is often fatal, especially for young pups and unvaccinated dogs.

Just my opinion though!!!

Hahaha...don't mind me jor! I was just rambling on as if everybody did science in school.

However, what I was trying to say is that puppies have a particular substance in them that helps their system digest milk sugar so they usually have no problem with milk, but as they grow older, they gradually lose most of that substance, hence it becomes increasingly more difficult for older dogs to tolerate milk.

You know why I'm complaining??....I'm complaining because the person that sold the puppy to the buyer will never tell him or her not use the dog for breeding. And the ignorant buyer too thinking he's got a GSD, will try and ude this dog for breeding. This is what caused the bastardizing of the precious breed called GSD in Nigeria. A GSD federation will be starting soon In Nigeria and I am part of the people who has committed themselves to create public awareness about the GSD. People should stop calling a mutt a GSD. This pup is even below the breed standard of a GSD according to FCI. I'll attach so you can see. When we kick start, mutts like this will never be registered.
