Missmossy: I feel you could decide on what to buy and what not to as a woman,as its not so mandatory you ask to be provided with a list of items of what they need. Its of immense importance that you have an estimated population or headcount of the children there. I dont reside in Porthacourt though,will provide the little information i can gather.

You can get ideas from your past experience with us on the charity flight. Please whatever you do, concentrate on the children and try to avoid giving them items that can be taken away by the staff!

Here it is, My Birthday is on the 26th of this wonderful month...I've decided to set-up a mini charity drive in Port-harcourt city//rivers state....



The purpose of this thread is to get suggestions on how to go aboutt it (especially from the TeHN planning committee)....

mysticgal: actually my younger btother and his dude friend bought a jalabia in Nyanya market so you can try there or better still,mararaba or masaka market.these markets are owned by hausa's so you will mainly see them,as for the price,mmm it ranges 1-1.5k it depends on your bargaining power
