You are right to some extent. The Arab countries that should be standing for Palestine are playing politics with the issue looking after their own selfish interest. They have been playing politics with it since Israel was created. Now they are aligning with Israel the likes of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait are all US puppets you won't see them take any action or condemn Israel.

It doesn't matter how Israel hit. Israel's tactic is what military strategists calls Shock and Awe . This is not the first time Israel has used such tactics yet Hamas have never been deterred. Look you can't continue to oppress a group of people and make life hell on earth for them without expecting any retribution from them.

It's good Hamas packed a big punch this time Israel knows what to expect next time from Hamas and I think this would make Israel change its ways.
