you have to try to understand women better, she's just playing a silly game to see how you react and you're failing badly, she's calling your bluff, you have a very dramatic girlfriend, she likes to create drama to put you unease, she hasn't broken up with you yet just a silly test women play,
You need to ignore her, do not apologise or beg her to come back & if she reaches out to you, tell her to go ahead nd break up with you, don't give in to her tricks nd manipulation & she will come back begging or loving you more, she will resent you and lose respect for you completely if you fall for her game or fail her test or give her the control of the relationship, so be careful and handle it wisely.

Op, Everything stated above except no:4 & 5, is an example of a boring Guy & In relationships or courtship as a guy your biggest offence is being boring(Always Nice) & Predictable(too much caring) And that's probably the reason why Nice guys don't get the girl they want, Women are attracted to Uncertainty & Not doing what every other guy is doing by chasing her.
