Missmossy: This is so sad,Dygeasy i just read your diary. I really pity the lady in question. #Things that happen when we fall in love with the wrong partner.Hmm.... She only has an old woman as a mother and she seems so complacent and not bothered about her daughter's condition. Those women who've had multiple husbands in their prime and had at least one child for each man so the level of responsibility of such people can be weighted. It just hurts cos she literally was involved in bringing me up. |
I'll be citing real life examples to which I am a first-hand witness to. Let's look at this. Just one family is being put into focus here... A nuclear middle-class family have a daughter in a federal University. She was brought up the 'normal' way given she has elder ones who are graduates so I believe her parents couldn't have gone entirely wrong with her. The thing out this girl is she exploits her parents; 1. She issues out threats. 2. She absolutely doesn't care out how her actions might make them feel. Picture these... 1. She once told her parents if they wanted her to be coming home from school during academic breaks or holidays, they needed to install a satellite dish in their home and her parents would always provide fuel money. Failure to do that means she'll remain wherever she wants and not come home. Her dad did her wish. 2. She also once told her parents, "If you want to visit me in school, don't visit me in that Mercedes Benz 190 otherwise I won't attend to you." It happened that one day her parents wanted to visit her and take foodstuff along with them for her. On reaching her hostel, they called her to no avail. She probably had hidden somewhere to see what kind of car they came in. She refused to see her parents that day and they had to travel back home that same day. Maybe her parents overindulged her. How would you deal with such kid? |

. Its the fact that 1500 people perished on a ship that was supposed to be a fun voyage. (titantic)This ship was poorly ran by people that took technology for granted and believed that she was unsinkable. The unthinkable happened making this ship eternally famous. Had she not sank maybe she would have been scrapped or not as well known like today. The idea of a replica ship is grand but it's not the Titanic. The real Titanic lies in pieces at the bottom of the North Atlantic. The Titanic is remembered by many eye witnesses through books, news articles, poems, documentaries and movies. A teaching tool it may become the replica but I don't think the survivors of the late Titanic would be thrilled by this kind of thing. Many didn't want to talk about the wreck and others from what I read were against movies or making the ship too commercialized. The film with Leonardo Di Caprio was excellent and how the ship was replicated for the film along with the underwater technology was amazing. That's the real Titanic.
This replica should bare some kind of plaque or monument on the ship to remember those that died and what and why the Titanic sank. But i love to be on this ship, just for 30 seconds and i'm out!!
