Dating pro.

Nice points. Use 'em when you can.
I dont get crossed when turned down(which rarely ever happens).

It's a two way affair, can be seen from two point of views. Pick yours
I see just one point of view here which is mine and that's what the thread is about.

Which is the other POV?

I wouldn't think twice about it. She is my wife. The one I'm going to spend the rest of my life with. Not some tiny-legged small girl.

I'm disappointed in the guys' comments above me.

Tallesty1: Good, compare the moms of those days when you were young with the wives of today and you will see a huge reason why the man should not reveal his account details to his wife. There are fringe benefits our mother enjoyed that the women of today will never enjoy.(what I'm saying here does not apply to all women but majority of them). Revealing your account details to her will make her put a tracker on you, she will start demanding, especially if the account is huge. She will like to know what every kobo taken from the account is used for. It will stop her from contributing her own quota. If your husband is very nice to you then what more do you want? He pays the bills, gives you money, and is trustworthy. Don't make a big deal about it. Men are wiser. Our fathers didn't have any issue in exposing their details to their wives but you have to know there was no boob jobs, butt jobs or any form of surgery then. No make-ups or brazzillian hair, heels where not common and expensive gadgets weren't there.
Would you marry a lady who put a lot of pressure on you to get her the most expensive things as a girlfriend?
RomanceRe: Hey guys what would you do if you pop the Question And Your Fiancée Says 'NO' by Dygeasy(m): 8:37am On Jul 11, 2014
KiddaBlingzz: MizMycoli. A girl who turns you down after a reasonable amount of months or years of dating does not deserve you in my opinion.
My advice? Move on!.
Most of 'em wouldnt budge even if you crawl on your belly trying to make them see reason.
Its best to move on.
Now why are you "e-shaking your small head? grin
cos its light abi? wink
_Bullshit!

It's not about the girl deserving you or not as a man. It's about you as a man worthy of her.

I don't get crossed when turned down (which rarely has ever happened), it simply makes me wanna evaluate myself. Am I worth saying yes to? I mean I pause to wonder why she's saying NO to me. I ask if I'm what she wants in a man.

Since the ladies are usually the recepients of proposals, they enjoy this advantage.
RomanceRe: Hey guys what would you do if you pop the Question And Your Fiancée Says 'NO' by Dygeasy(m): 8:30am On Jul 11, 2014
I wouldn't propose to a lady I don't see the possibility of getting a YES from.

Same way lots of guys get turned down even at girlfriend level. It's your duty to read signs before asking her out.

No point plunging headfirst when you can test the depth with your leg. cool

ireneidiva: Crap. And what makes you think women don't work and come home in the evening tired too. Who told you women do not read motivational books, invest or know computer languages? You want to come back from work and scatter your clothes. Anyway I pity your wife. What kind of women even marry these Nairaland menhuh Anyway, you are still a kid. You really can't be mature with this mentality.
lol!

He is immature but it is what he wants.

Best you can do is pity his wife.

SeaGold: What is the issue on ground my friend. Sometime past forum members use monikers like "daft idowuogbo" and it was cool until recently when the administrator introduce the MENTION function. In this regard, if a member call out another member like idowuogbo, the account holder might not really get the mention until the compound phrase is used. Now to solve that disparity, he introduced the present system to enhance efficiency. What is really your problem?

Caracta: I see NL moderators and I see slaves. Honestly, my heart bleeds for them. I just don't get it. What could be wrong with your personal life that would make you carry NL matters on your head like crayfish? Especially when your boss spits on you anyhow.

Oh Lord, please save these ones from the e-shackles that have held them captive.
Nairaland moderators be like house-elves. grin

SeaGold: The difference between you and Seun is that he read a lot of management books than you. A leader don't partake in mundane nor trivial issues. He get to be tough and lack sentiment.

This is his business, he can sack his mother if need be to progress his entity. I guess when nairaland went blank, you and other moderators was also re-hacking the site.

You should be gratefully buddy for whatever gain you achieve on nairaland

tnktosin: Modified

First time I was 14 and she was 16. I had to call it off then because mum was already asking questions and I was a very obedient son. I suggested we should became friends instead. She cried for a while and moved on. She lost her virginity to the next guy who happened to be a good friend of mine. Never tasted the kitty.

Fast forward, I fell in love for the first time when I turned 22 with a girl of 18. She claimed she was a virgin and I never bleeped her for the period we dated which lasted for 7 months. I had to breakup with her when I found out my girl cheating. We got talking again after about a year, invited her for a weekend at my crib and bleeped a couple of times. We still friends till date.

I got in contact with a primary school classmate some years ago, we got talking and sometimes spent hours on the phone, we connected well and soon we started dating. Mehn, she nagged at anything and being the guy 'wey no want wahala' I had to quit after about a year. Shortly afterwards a friend of hers who was also our classmate got online and I was soon to discover she had anger management issues. I could tell she loved me but her temper spoilt things. Even after the breakup she was calling to threaten me (Edo girl things) meanwhile I just kept mute because I didn't want stories that touch. Years on, we still chat once in a while.

Oh lest I forget, I had a funny breakup in between the period I dated my classmates. This girl was my kid sister's roommate. Pretty, tall and classy but she was a runs girl. She was smart enough to notice I stopped feeling her so she asked for a breakup one evening at my crib. When she was done talking I told her it was too late at night for a breakup that I'd prefer it in the morning. That night she cried while I was sound asleep, Good thing my cousin was around to console her. Funny part is, we still bleeped before she left for school the next day.
I understand she has a kid now, not sure she's married.

Ok I think that would do for now grin
Guy you try o!

And I think say na me break up pass.

I be learner where you dey.
