We are patiently waiting, we know its not easy and hitches are expected.

I would suggest that Dygeasy puts up a red flag on the voting thread stating that voting has been suspended due to minor hitches and voting would recommence by "An estimated time probably 2hrs from now".

This would enable some voters know why they cannot vote and when to check back. Not everyone would go through a stack pile of posts to find out what went wrong.
