Rexmarysweet: Workforce is one of the most innefective bureaucratic/fraudulent recruitment Agency.Though they give Thousands of Nigerians hope every year by their assumed recruitments for first bank plc and other parastatals but the truth must be told and I have already written a book titled THE MASSIVE RECRUITMENT FRAUD IN NIGERIA-Nigeria Human resource officers/Agencies as a case study.
Nailanders I want u all to verify the following assertions;

1- Enter into any three branches of first Bank plc and ask people working their whether the entered through workforce.

2-Why would workforce not ugrade their system in other to release peoples scores immediately after clicking the submit button.

3-why does it take workforce time to release their results in the usual message that they are sorry that u wouldn't continue to the nextphase of the recruitment.

4.The most shocking one,take your time and visit the Firstbank trainning school and ask people their to tell you how they where recruited and invited to come for Training School.

5-What percentage does workforce recruit for firstbank every year because those that will always come for the test are more than the number of first Bank plc workers nationwide.

Yea, u are right to some extent about ur assertion. Though Workforce has been recruiting for FBN for sometimes now, i must confess at this point in time that both Workforce and FBN officials especially the Hr staff of FBN do indulge in some dirty acts that are unethically and unprofessionally based. I passed through this same process by Workforce last year successfully, thus i can tell u that as at April 30th, 2013 about 191 young men and women graduated from Fbn First Academy, Iganmu, Lagos (for both batches 1 & 2 of the 2012 FBNGRP) and have since been posted to various branches of FBN nation-wide. I'll not tell u what i saw cos it's my organisation. God can make a way for any man any where.

Dressing code @ this level is always casual, but dress neatly ok. For those not invited till now, u shouldn't give up as wfmc machines would still be delivering more. Note: in fbn, any course or profession is accepted. Good luck!

By God's grace 've had this same xperience u r about having this week, but what u need @ this point in time is God, total preparation and discipline. Bros n Sis, let me say once again that FBN is a very unique organization n family one would like to be part of,but it takes courage n discipline to get there. I took my time initially in this forum to expose an hidden fact about getting to FBN TS after getting over this level n d assessment centre exercises, but some guys claimed they can be smarter than d organization- No wahala! But know that if u by any chance gets to d documentation stage with fake or forged certs, u'll be nibbed @d bud. Also, dnt just depend solely on 2007 Gmat as most of u are queing here to have, but know d basic techniques involve in handling d questions WFMC will be asking u n d little time involve in answering d 50 questions. Hopefully, this recruitment may take the next 3months or there about to mature(as in going to First Academy Foundation School) depending on FBN/WFMC decision n agreement. Wishing everyone good luck!

My brothers and sisters, let truth be told 4rm my experience with FBN in d just concluded 2012 FBNGRP season. If u knw that u are more than 27years as stipulated by FBN don' t just waste ur time forging ur age or other certs to get d job cos d organization will nib u @ d bud without ur knowledge. Try n be sincere to urselves cos many guys made it to d documentation stage during my time, but were dropped due to this age falsification. Pls note at this point that FBN will use ur original waec cert as d first tool to ascertain ur DOB at d documentation level b4 visiting ur various institutions for underground checks by their security agent for further verification. Again, if u use Neco cert, u'll be delayed to advance to d training school cos they must verify u b4 u r cleared to begin the training prog - this will take a longer period of time b4 they recall u for any available class for training if u r validly cleared. Pls i'm not saying that u shouldn't do what ur minds inform u, but lay this piece of advice to ur hearts. It's always regretful and painful loosing at d last hour. Wishing u good Luck!
