And BTW, there's no basis for the comparison with the 2000 election between Bush and Al Gore. Florida was the deciding state then that would have had either of the candidates winning the elections. A recount had to happen because of the close margin in the state (<1000 votes difference). Bush eventually won 271 electoral college votes after the recount had him win Florida by just over 500 votes post-supreme Court ruling. In 2020, Biden is already on 290 EC votes. The only state that might have a recount is Georgia, and it wouldn't matter in the totality of things

you have already judged the case when the official lawsuits have not been served to the supreme court. They'll be served regarding all the last States..vis Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin,Nevada etc. Look,the evidence is very glaring.I am so sure the Supreme court's decision is going Trump's way and there will be gnashing of teeth for the Democrats who have will cry like babies for the next 4 years. >:

The worse that would happen is that states where the win margin was less than 1 percentage point would have a recount, if the law in that state permits it to, and you very much know that that wouldn't change the outcome of the eventual election result as on no previous occasion has a recount differed initial vote count by +/-300

It has happened before, Al Gore won but the court booted him out for George Bush second term because of a mare Florida. If Trump as much as able to prove that a single state is malpractice...he would be back like a movie.
