He thought as DSP, he's the most senior political office holder in South East and he's the one to determine what happens politically in the zone, at least in the party PDP.

But truth is Ekweremmadu is on his way to take his rightful seat with the entry of Nnamani, his Oga.

Next Senate, if he wins, he will be a floor member just like David Mark and from there to oblivion.

Meanwhile he has undeclared ill-gotten asset case on his neck.

May be he should join APC now and get his protection

Ike has a lot baggages. Ranging from his case with efcc, police, and code of conduct. Besides giving him the ticket will potray a lot of distractions. 8. Never waste your time fighting Buhari and his Sycophants.

9. Never make promises you cannot fulfill.

10. You can introduce 5 points agenda, don't jack all things without result.

11. Don't waste your time in forming your cabinet.

12. Appoint professional with the know how.

13. You must not buy powerbike for your son.

14. Bring sanity into the system.

15. You need no salary pls, you're rich already.

16. You must not go for checkup in US.

17. Assent to peace corps bill.

18. Make sure INEC is independent.

19. Don't use your office to threaten anybody.

37. Hate speech should not be your problem.

I always consider it laughable each time former Vice President Atiku seeks to bolster his bragging right to the Nigerian Presidency with his often-repeated claims that Buhari has never run any successful business whereas he has many successful businesses.

Being a shadowy business man with many interests locally and abroad, for me, makes him unelectable. A man who became wealthy by gaming the system or through undue advantage is not fit to preside over the country.

It does not make sense to say Buhari has never run business. Fact is Buhari never set out to be a businessman and he didn't have to abuse public trust to become overnight billionaire.

It is not everyone that must run business.

President Buhari belongs to the class of people whose entire lifetime is committed to public service. Leaders like Buhari never abused public office for ill-gotten wealth to establish private enterprises.

Or which business did Obama, Bush Snr and Jnr, Jimmy Carter, Mandela, Clinton, John Major, Mahathir Mohammad, Lew Kuan Yew, Theresa May, Paul Kagame, etc run before they came to public office or after office.

A former Customs officer and Vice President who still can't explain the source of his fabulous wealth can't be a worthy example of how to become wealthy.

Pls tell us how successful he has made in public service. What change or societal transformation initiatives has he championed and succeeded.

For instance, Obasanjo has championed more transformational initiative than any head of state I've known, starting from Operation Feed the Nation to National Food Security Programme to Telecomm reforms making it possible for a foooòl like you to be on a forum like thus; to banking reforms that gave you ATM card, to EFCC for more focused attention to corruption, etc. Etc

1. Full implementation of the Treasury Single Account. When the TSA was piloted under the previous govt, it saved the government N103 billion between 2010 and 2013. With full implementation from 2015, TSA had saved the government N7 TRILLION as at April 2018! Argue with facts!!

2. Voluntary Asset and Income Declaration Scheme (VAIDS). This raised the number of tax payers from 13 million in 2015 to 19.3 million in 2018.
3. Efficiency Unit of the Federal Ministry of Finance saved the govt N34 billion in Travel and Transport alone in 2017 compared to 2016

4. Efficiency Unit saved the govt N24 BILLION on Staioneries and Consumables in 2017 alone compared to 2016.
5. 5. Mrs Adeosun instituted the 22 conditions for states to get bail out funds which improved fiscal responsibility. Admittedly, this wasn’t perfect and needs more work.
6. The Development Bank of Nigeria was established and made operational.
7. The Whistleblower Policy led to the “blowing of 8,000 whistles”, which has led to 10 prosecutions, 4 convictions and the recovery of N14 billion. N440 million has been paid out to 14 people as a result.
8. Linking the BVN to the government IPPIS Payroll System has seen the uncovering of nearly 50,000 multiple salaries. These are not ghost workers but public servants collecting multiple salaries. In one case, one public servant was collecting 20 salaries!
9. Mrs Adeosun instituted the Presidential Initiative on Continuous Audit which sought to clean out the personnel records of government Minsities, Departments, agencies and parastatals. Ironically, it exposed many people with fake degree certificates who were shown the door.
10. The linking of BVN with IPPIS meant that, for the first time, we are able to identify who is benefiting from the creation of ghost workers. We now know who is collecting the salaries. More than 100 people re now being prosecuted by the EFCC for benefitting from ghost workers.
