Your own case is clearly hopeless, because you lack the most basic comprehension skills, It'd be futile explaining federalism to you because you clearly want to continue wallowing in your short sighted ignorance. But maybe there'd be hope for you if you read this excerpt over and over and over and over and over again.

“Our plan is to transmit the Executive bill to the National Assembly for its passage within the shortest possible time.
You open you mouth and curse out your liver on a subject you don't even know anything about.

I outlined in my earlier post the exact process for the approval of National minimum wage. Do you even comprehend that?

You need to know your level and who you should contend with.

I see no knowledge or grey matter in what you post. Just a mere penchant to lay curses.

I will watch your next post and if there is no content, I will banish you forever from commenting or quoting me. Right? I await

The real question should be when will you emancipate yourself from ignorance, it must really be tedious and frustrating being you, The beauty of democracy and federalism is at work...How hard is it to comprehend that I the new minimum wage needs legislative proceedings to become a law.
Who doesn't understand that?

The question for you is how could Mr. Integrity announce an approval in his capacity as head of government when the government processes have not been concluded only to recant few days after.

BREAKING: Buhari approves N30,000 as new minimum wage

 Fikayo Olowolagba

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved N30,000 as the new national minimum wage.

He gave his approval while receiving the report of the Tripartite Committee on the Review of National Minimum Wage at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

With the approval, a bill is expected to be sent to the National Assembly to effect the change from N18,000 to N30,000.

The agreement in principle was reached only 24 hours ago.

All other units must have their say for it to become binding.
Just agree that your masters have scammed NLC.

So who agreed in principle, President, Presidecy (that has clearly recanted) or is it Ministry of Labour? Or is it the Head of Civil Service?

SCAM!

FEC has not even agreed in principle not to talk of NEC.

SCAM!!!

NLC was just been 'settled'. Quote me

And your job this morning is to come and defend on this thread. BMC shame on you.

Buhari can destroy all institutions in Nigeria but he cannot destroy us, the role of Nigeria.

Just in one week he has destroyed two institutions -WAEC and NLC. Thank God the Army lived up to expectation and rejected pressure and stated the truth that they have nothing on Buhari's file.

Big shame of a nation

Big shame of a president

It is not the duty of the president only to endorse a new national minimum wage. The process involves the Federal Executive Council (FEC), the National Economic Council (NEC) and the National Assembly.
Confused administration of the President and APC.

Mrs Pepples Committee memo should have been made a memo of council presented by the Minister of Labour to FEC which approval will lead to it being sent to National Assembly.

NEC also needed to meet and make a resolution which the VP will also put into consideration by FEC.

Now the confused administration has realised their gaff and making a mess of a simple thingo

Question: when will APC learn governance? Everything is propaganda

I blame stupid NLC. Why call off the strike? What was agreed and what was resolved?

Even with the high number of candidates, PDP manger the process so transparently and maturely.

So it is for all levels all over the nation. You won't hear kpim anywhere.

100 aspirants drag Oshiomhole, Ondo APC, INEC to court over primaries

One hundred aggrieved aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have dragged Adams Oshiomhole, national chairman of the party, to the federal high court, Akure over the primary elections in Ondo state.

The house of representatives and state assembly aspirants were led by Kenneth Olawale, former speaker of the state house of assembly.

Other defendants in the suit are the APC, Babatunde Ogala, the party’s national legal adviser, Ade Adetimehin, Ondo APC chairman, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Through their counsel, Wale Omotoso, they asked the court to declare that the ruling APC does not have candidates for the national and state assembly elections in the state.

They said the APC violated the 2010 Electoral Act and the constitution of the country by presenting candidates for the forthcoming elections without the conduct of party primaries.

The aggrieved aspirants asked for a “declaration that the subversion of the electoral guidelines of the APC as stipulated in its constitution by the party machinery in Ondo State in respect of the House of Representatives and House of Assembly primaries purportedly conducted on the 5th of October, 2018 in their failure to give the claimants opportunity of being voted for by the members of the party as enshrined in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 as amended is illegal, invalid, unconstitutional, null and void.

“A declaration that the hand picking of preferred candidates without conducting any primary election in any of the ward and constituency in Ondo State with non-presence of any officials of INEC and members of the National Electoral Committee of the party amounting to pre-arranged choice of candidates is illegal, contrary to the electoral guidelines of the APC and the express provisions of the Electoral Act 2010, as amended in 2015.

“A declaration that the harassment, molestation, and intimidation of the claimants in their various wards leading to their being forcibly chased sway and embarrassed from all venues designed for the purpose of the primary elections with machetes and Dane guns by the hired thugs and hoodlums of the preferred candidates thereby ensuring that no primary election was held, amount to gross flagrant breach of electoral guideline of the APC and the express provisions of the Electoral Act 2010, as amended in 2015.”

The aspirants prayed for an order voiding the attempt by the electoral committee to send names to INEC.

FA Olubanjo, the presiding judge, ordered that all the defendants must be served before the hearing could begin, adjourning the case to November 12.

Buhari has NO VERIFIABLE CERTIFICATE anywhere in the world.

1. WAEC/CAMBRIDGE GCE: - Buhari did not sit for the Cambridge examination in 1961 as his names (Muhammadu, Mohammed or Mohamed Buhari) is not in the UK Examination body's List of candidates names from 1960-1962

2. His name(s) is also NOT on WAEC candidates names in both Ghana and Nigeria Offices from 1960-1962. Any attempt by Buhari or his agents to present any document to INEC representing WACE or GCE certificate may constitute an Offence.(FORGERY, PERJURY PENDING)

3. CERTIFICATE/ARMY RECRUITMENT: - Buhari presented no certificate to the Nigerian Army in 1961 when Late Ahmadu Bello conscripted him from his School (Still In session) to join the Army, as he has none. The only paperwork came from his school principal, stating that,

4. , "I consider that he (Buhari) will pass west African school certificate, with credit in English, Maths and three other subjects". This letter is self-explanatory. You cannot pass an examination you never sat for.

5. NIGERIA DEFENCE ACADEMY (NDA): - Buhari did not attend the NDA as claimed. He attended Royal Military Forces Training College (RMFTC) for months (End of 1961 to the beginning of 1962) for normal Army recruitment and physical fitness training

6. This is not a certification programme. RMFTC was renamed NDA (established on the 5th of February 1964), and regular courses were introduced thereon.

7. UK MILITARY TRAINING: Buhari attended the Aldershot based, Mons Officer Cadet School. No Certificate was issued to Buhari, as he passed no examination for the short period he was in the UK in 1963. Cadet School information collaborates this.

8. DEFENCE SERVICE STAFF COLLEGE, WILLINGTON, INDIA: - As usual, Buhari attended the staff college and did not sit for their examinations. The Defence Services Staff College, Willington does not issue a certificate of attendance to its attendee in 1974.

9. US WAR COLLEGE: - Buhari left this College in 1980. He has in his Wikipedia page that he was offered a Master Degree in the same college in 1980.

10. THE US War college have confirmed that they started their Master program in the year 2000 and there is no way Buhari would have gotten a Masters degree in that college in 1980. Again, no certificate was issued to him.
Veritable facts

11. Buhari has just received an attestation certificate today, after donkey years! They gleefully took a picture, claiming the officials took the attestation certificate to him. Sorry Nigerians! You have just been deceived and SCAMMED AGAIN.

12. Conclusion: No doubt according to Edrees Abdukareem, “Buhari is the most successful fraudster” in the History Of Nigeria.

PDP/Atiku wasn't fair to Ekweremadu if information in the public domain is correct. Ekweremadu had been negotiating with Atiku when Atiku was still in APC. They had agreement on everything, including restructuring, Vice Presidential slot, one tenure for Atiku and 2023.
Based on the agreement Ekweremadu rallied the South East to give Atiku block votes, even when his boss, Saraki was running for same seat.
When it was time to select VP candidate, Atiku sat down with Saraki and few others to chose Peter Obi, outside the shortlist given him by so called South East leaders. Surely he was disrespected.
Hear it now and hear it loud and clear!
