I would say it's not good enough for a start, get more and better names if you can and outbound/follow up more too. Domaining is more of a number game although quality always beat quantity. Goodluck

How do you guys see the last logo? Should I send the designer a message?

I feel you should request for a new logo, the one you have there doesn't do justice to the name as the name evokes real estate or property management niche, hence it must have a logo design that relates well with the industry.

Recently I requested for a logo redesign that depicts my idea and vision for the name and it was done.

Second pics is the new logo and the difference is clear enough.

Omo I still dey learn oo, just that this month has been very good in terms of acceptance.

Right now, my focus is on compund words and phrases.

What I do is to study the daily pattern of newly accepted/sold names on SH, pick some keywords and replace them with words that have the same meaning, sound, idea or feel. Once you can do this successfully, you can be rest assured 1 out of 3 of those names will get accepted. You can also refer to SH's tutorial.

With over 10 names accepted this month alone, I can boldly say that there are still very good names that have never been registered. It takes a little hardword with the right approach.

More sales to us and to everyone new domainer!

SH should really address the issue of pricing when submitting creative owned names. Why reject a name even though fit for premium marketplace but rejected cos of price. I'ld prefer they approve name first and give creative a range of suggested listing price to choose from after approval. I go still follow their team talk cos he told me a name cannot be accepted because it's priced too high or low.

I submitted an unregistered name, Hotel&Suite//king few days ago and was accepted on SH but i refused to approve it cos I felt the usual accepted price was too low, as the hotel keyword being very scarce on SH, so I registered it and submitted again with a higher price. Lo and behold it was rejected. Their matter dey weak person atimes.

It was rejected because of the price you felt it was worth, SH do say that in their disclaimer that if the price is too high and above their valuation, the name may not be approved even if it meets their approval criteria.

What I do most times especially with creative owned name, is that I set price at $1,999 and once it is approved I now increase the price to a decent value.

I have been away for long, diverted my energy to something else. There hasnt been much time to dig and hunt for names. Virtually liquidated my SH & BB portfolio at wholesale price.

I will build them back because the proceed from the sale was very helpful. It reinforced the belief that you must have assets you can sell anyday to generate cash when the need arises. Brandable domain are assets especially BB names. They are easier to sell at wholesale prices with good returns esp those with high price listing.

Above all, I am happy to see that my thread has inspired so many persons & lots of folks have built their portfolio & are still building it. I appreciate all those who have kept the thread alive & taken out time to share their experiences

Same here, dunno what they are driving at but does that mean name would be accepted ?

Because such classifications are handled by Expert or the creative after approval.
