Anambra State Government is implementing
a world Bank Assisted Additional Financing
of Community and Social Development
Project (CSDP). The Project has the
objective to increase access by the pour to
improved social and natural resource
infrastructure services in a sustainable
manner throughout Nigeria.
This will be achieved through the provision
of grant support to benefiting communities
for implementation of community-driven
micro projects under approved Community
Development Plan (CDP). In order to
commence State-Level implementation of
the additional financing.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising and
coordinating the activities of operations
officer,
Regular and timely liaison with other
project officers for deployment of
operations officers for field level
activities
Assist in the provision of technical
advice on all engineering works eg
construction/rehabilitation of
infrastructure, erosion control bands,
Fredericksburg road construction etc.
In close liaison with relevant state
ministries, departments agency (ie)
ensure the adoption of state-approved
standard technical designs for social
infrastructure
Ensure compliance with state level
technical specification/standards for all
social infrastructure.
Prepare budget and work plan for
supervision of CDPs and micro projects
contained therein.
Provide guidance t operations officer
designed to undertake supervision.
Regularly submit month;y supervision
reports to the managers operations and
M&E
Provide specific reports on supervision
as may be requested by any of the
managers and the general manager
Assist in organizing training for line
ministries, LGA, LGRC and operations
officers in social infrastructure
operations and maintenance
Liaise with the relevant state agency
for certification for all social
infrastructure at completion
Directly responsible to the operations
manager
Any other duty (ie) assigned by the
Manager, Operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

At least a first degree in Social
Sciences, Statistic, Natural Sciences,
Rural Development and related fields,
with at least 5 years post qualification
experience part of which must relate to
monitoring and evaluation of community-
based initiatives.
Computer literacy is compulsory and
experience in Community Driven
Development (COD) is an added
advantage.

Job Description
A Privately Owned Oil Company in Angola is
looking for seasoned oil and gas personnel
with 10+ years of experience for an onshore
field operations’ contract it has in Angola.
These roles are to begin between early June
and end of July working on a rotation of 31
days in Angola, and 25 days off for the 1 year
renewable contract. Competitive salary will be
paid.
Main Responsibilities
Ensuring achievement of the production
targets.
Increasing the production capacity by
improving the performance.
Developing and monitoring the operational
expenses.
Taking corrective actions to rectify
variances
Developing new strategies to increase
production with safe and cost-efficient
methods.
Ensuring that adequate safety norms are
used by site personnel.
Operating the oil and gas fields in a
profitable and optimal manner.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited
college or university in oil and gas sector is
essential.
Relevant experience with some experience in
a supervisory position gives an edge.
Knowledge on production engineering.
In-depth knowledge on best oil and gas field
procedures and practices.
Understanding various processes, such as
dewatering, separation, and fiscal metering.
Problem solving abilities.
Fluency in spoken and written English is
imperative. Portuguese is a plus but not
required.
Excellent command on computer operations
is essential.
Experience in onshore and offshore field
facilities is required.
Proven ability to work in a multi-functional
team environment to achieve set goals in a
cost-effective manner.

getting a loan without collateral is very much possible and I'm a top beneficiary of it. I'm living well today even though I haven't completely paid back. but my point here is that there are federal government microfinance banks that give loans holding your certificate as collateral go to CBN official website and search for them
