You can't expect to get all the above list yields from 1 barrel, its why there are separate plants in a refinery( 1 for PMS"receives barrels for PMS production), 1 for Diesel"received barrels for diesel production"

Whatever makes Dangote have more buyers aside NNPC, then no subsidy and u should get it from Dangote as that would be the cheaper option as NNPC would just be another buyer like you

You can only buy from NNPC if they are the sole buyer from Dangote and in that case, you would only have one option, that is NNPC and it would mean theres subsidy
