Hi guys! I am having a bitter experience with my infinix phone and I am not happy. A few months ago, I bought infinix hot40i from 3chub here in Abuja where I live. Things went well for about two months before the phone started giving me issues. Unlocking the phone with my enrolled fingerprint became a problem. I faced frustration for a while but eventually found a way around it but this isn't the most frustrating experience. The major concern now is the performance in keeping my apps running. When I minimize an app to the background just for a few seconds, it closes. This is particularly the most frustrating experience for me because I multitask in a lot. Simple action as minimizing an app just for 10 seconds to copy my authenticator code, you come back and the app has closed and lost memory of the previous action.
