If it was a Jumia global package then that's the norm, it's written in their terms and conditions, so no one is cheating u.....

They delivered a wrong package, it wasn't as if I cancelled the order. There are other people complaining about the same on their twitter handle.

I see it as they're scamming people of their hard earned money. People ordered for phone and Jumia delivers USB cord, ear piece and the likes you know they don't pay the same amount of custom fee for phone, USB cord and ear pieces they're delivering as phones.

Jumia has agreed to refund my money but not in full. I paid a total of 39,669 for Umidigi a7pro on Sept 8, fast forward to last week Wednesday, they delivered a cord as my phone which I rejected. They said they'll refund 34,889, still expecting it, as part of their refund policy, they don't refund custom duties fee.

I feel cheated by Jumia, if they delivered what I ordered for, I wouldn't return the package to demand a refund. If anyone should bear the consequences, it should be them. I don't know what to do.

What can I do to bet my full money.

I won't advice you to buy anything from Jumia. I ordered for a phone on Sept 8 from Jumia global, Jumia delivered a USB cord as my phone last week. I messaged them throughout last week, them no reply, them no do anything as regards my complaint until I called them out on twitter yesterday and I visited their hub go para for them. Till now I never see anything from them.

Why Arteta doesn't like torreira is what I cannot wrap my head around. U feel torreira and ceballos would have made our midfield more formidable than as it is presently

Now I have to wait for a week now for Jumia to refund me. when I made the order my account was debited immediately, why can't they refund with the same energy. wetin dey pain me pass be say I'll be going to school phoneless and it's almost certain I won't be getting a new phone again, I might have to settle for a second hand phone.

Jumia is yet to give me a concrete reply as regards my complaint, they keep recycling same excuses that they're working on it. They've got a very poor customer relations.
