Good morning house.. what is my right in this situation, my rent is 400k which I paid in full.. but agent insisted he removed 50k from the 400k rent that I paid for this year to balance up an arrears which he claimed is 350,000 even when it's 300,000. Now he won't let me rest because of the 50,000. My rent expires next year April. Honestly i don't want to give him this 50,000 because I have paid my rent in full for this year, and this is arrears he is talking about was not paid by all. |
