You should ask OBI who was an economic adviser to Jonathan to name one Road Project executed by Jonathan in South West? 2. He should name one Interstate road that began from Lagos or any South West State when Jonathan was in power. OBI is a trader. This is a P P P road. FG only needs to meet 15% of the fund.
