BAT's Industry and Trade trade adviser should be based somewhere in SE. His or her assignment should to come up with measurable plans on how to flood West Africa with made in Aba/Awka products through PH sea port. Such adviser can be appointed for each zone too mandated to promote production and sale of what that region is good at.

Same can be done in Agriculture and other areas.

Sadly, what we have is a situation where everyone, from president to minister to adviser are all in Abuja constituting nuisance and blowing big grammar.
