@all I scan dstv statin on my 4669x stb and I go 2 ss3hd on dsame tp one is free and d other one encrypt... But what funny to me is dat wen I connect d cable to bck of 4992a and I scan on dat same tp I got only one ss3hd and ss6hd both r encrypt.

Boadu: @ SULIEMAN3, I used 4669XII software 302p from crosat.us but the infinity channels still show No audio/video. My question is: can I download the 4669XII software under the middle East for my rx? The middle East one is 303p, while the Africa one is 302p. If I download the middle East one, will my decoder not lose some of its functions? Since I'm using it in Africa not middle East. I need your assistance.

donald303: You would be wrong to track ses5 with 12605 v 29950. That frequency could confuse you when tracking because
1: its active on another satellite ( ew3c @ 16E)

2 : and has been decommisioned on ses5,hence it flashes between between green and red even after you have locked-on ses5 satellite

Your best bet is to track ses5 with 12015 v 29950 and prime your signal to about 75%above,them enter 12737 v 04430 for the feeds.

I got 65% on d tp 12015 buh wat am confused abt is dat d etv tp quality is 35% I mean d first bar. D tp look lyk as if I did not conntt lnb to d box

Boadu: @Faremig: etv hyde park& cape town are very easy to track. But first, make sure your 'LNB' is a quality one, else etv feed will never pop up. It is trackable on astra 4A or Sirius 4.8 @ 4.8 degree East. Track with 12015 v 29950 or 12605v29950. Raise the dish very very little above MBC position( w3a 7 deg East). Though I tracked mine with 12605 v 29950. with this frequency, the signal will be on & off as you track but you just make sure the signal quality is above 75%. After that just blind scan and smiles will be on your face!!!
