The Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Tukur Buratai, on Thursday, asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to trash a suit seeking to compel him to produce the ‘missing’ leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu. A team of lawyers representing the embattled pro-Biafra agitator had in the suit, prayed the court to order Buratai to produce their client either dead or alive. The lawyers who were led by Mr Ifeanyi Ejiofor, told the court that they had not seen or heard from their client since September 14 when the Nigerian Army invaded his house “on a murderous raid, where life and mortar bullets were fired on unarmed and defenceless populace, leaving 28 persons dead and abducting many”. Pursuant to section 40 of the Federal High Court Act, F12, LFN 2005 and section 6(6) (1) (4) of the 1999 constitution, as amended, Kanu’s lawyers applied for “an order of Habeas Corpus ad subjiciendum, commanding the Respondent (Buratai), to produce the Applicant in Court”. However, in a counter-affidavit he filed in opposition to the suit, Buratai told the court that Kanu was never in custody of the Nigeria Army. He maintained that contrary to claims in the suit, soldiers who were deployed to the South-East for ‘Operation Python Dance II, did not have any contact whatsoever with Kanu on September 12 or 14, or anytime thereafter as alleged. The counter-affidavit read in part, “That the applicant (Kanu) is not and has never been in his custody or in the custody of any person, officer or institution receiving instruction directly or indirectly from him. “That the applicant was not at any time whatsoever arrested, taken into custody or detained by the Officers and men of the Nigerian Army. “That the officers and men of the Nigerian Army did not have any contact whatsoever or confrontation or any operational engagement with the applicant on September 12 or 14, 20l7 or any other date thereafter, contrary to the allegations in the affidavit in support of the application. “That the allegation of invasion of the South-Eastern part of Nigeria by officers and men of the Nigerian Army, especially the applicant’s home and or residence is totally false.” He told the court that during “a peaceful movement” that formed part of Operation Python Dance II, soldiers, on September 14, pursued a truck loaded with arms and ammunition into a compound which was identified in the suit as jointly owned by Kanu and his father. He alleged that the fleeing truck and its occupants ran over Army barricade and defied soldiers’ order stopping them to be searched. “That while on a peaceful movement on the said September 14, 2017, the soldiers randomly conducted stop-and-search operations as are necessary and it was during one of such exercises in Umuahia, Abia State, that it flagged down a truck, which as it turned out later, was loaded with arms and ammunitions of varying degrees and descriptions. “Rather than comply with the stop order, the driver and other occupants of the truck recklessly ran over the barricade mounted on the road by the soldiers and sped off, whereupon the soldiers at the point gave a hot chase and called for reinforcement to enable them pursue and arrest the fleeing vehicle. The soldiers did not fire any shot at the fleeing truck in order to prevent the loss of lives. “That the truck loaded with the arms and ammunition was pursued into a compound which has now been described in this application as belonging to and under the control of the applicant (Kanu) and his father. “That it was the legitimate attempt by the officers and men of the Nigerian Army to arrest the fleeing occupants of the truck and impound the truck that precipitated the deliberate igniting of the ammunition in the truck by persons now believed to be IPOB members. “That the act of the IPOB members resulted in sporadic explosions within the said applicant’s compound”, the affidavit further stated. “Throughout the duration of the Operation Python Dance II, officers and men of the Nigerian Army obeyed the Rules of Engagement and Code of Conduct to the letter as there was no reported case of indiscriminate shooting, unlawful arrest, detention or torture, contrary to the wild, bland, untrue, incorrect, bogus and insipid allegations contained in or oozed out in the affidavit of Prince Mandela Umegborogu Esq. “The allegations of firing of live bullets on the applicant’s relatives, killing of scores of persons, wounding and arrest of many, attack and invasion of applicant’s home, barricade at Isialangwa, arrest and torture of civilians by officers and me of the Nigerian Army, as stated by the deponent, are a figment of his imagination as same are not true.” http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/biafra-why-i-cannot-produce-kanu.html

Suspected political thugs on Thursday attacked the Director General of Voice of Nigeria (VON) and chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr. Osita Okechukwu at his hometown, Eke, Udi LGA Enugu State. He was attacked during the local government election rerun in the town. The incident occurred at Central School Eke polling centre at about 1.30pm. While voting was going on, the thugs surrounded the VON DG and snatched his ipad and mobile phone from him. The timely intervention of eagle eyed policemen saved Okechukwu from the menacing thugs who were poised to wreak more havoc. The policemen retrieved the ipad and phone from the thugs and handed them over to the VON DG. However, none of Okechukwu’s assailants was arrested. Speaking with journalists at the scene, the VON DG who was apparently ruffled by the incident, alleged that the chairman elect of Udi LGA, Nelson Ochi ordered the attack on him. Okechukwu said they were after him for insisting that democracy should be upheld at the grassroots through the conduct of free, fair and transparent elections. “The election did not hold in Eke on November 4 because the result sheets were not brought to the polling centre and it was rescheduled. And today, they have come here again for examination without result sheets. “Today, they came with only forms E8AB for units. But they did not show us the form 8A and 8C. They have not shown us the collation result sheets. That was where we stopped. The same thing happened the other day. They came here again and told us the returning officer was coming with sensitive materials. “But the DPO compromised. The DPO said he called ENSIEC and they told him that this is the process. We are afraid because 8A and 8C are not here”, Okechukwu said. Our correspondent who monitored the polls observed that there was high turnout of voters, but the election was delayed by the disagreement over the missing result sheets. As at 3 p.m when this report was filed, voting has been concluded in the nine polling centres in Eke ward while collation of results was ongoing at the Central School Eke collation centre. Meanwhile, reports from Obioma in Udi LGA, where rerun polls also held, indicated that the situation was not different from Eke. James Alor, the ward chairman of APC in Obioma said he protested against the missing result sheets but that policemen and ENSIEC officials ordered him out of his polling centre. Alor alleged that the election was rigged by the PDP, acting in concert with ENSIEC officials and policemen. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/enugu-lg-polls-thugs-attack-von-dg.html

The Joint Task Force, JTF, Operation Delta Safe, OPDS on Wednesday launched a manhunt for Karowei Gbakumor, who allegedly kidnapped four Britons in Enekorogha Community, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State. OPDS Commander, Rear Admiral Suleiman Apochi disclosed this when he visited the Community. Apochi charged the people of Enekorogha Community to rise up and take lead in the search for the fugitive kidnap kingpin whom he said was one of them. Apochi added that the OPDS would stand with them throughout the process, providing the needed support leading to the arrest of the kidnap kingpin Apochi who was flanked by the Commander of the Nigerian Navy Ship, NNS Delta, Commodore Ibrahim Dewu, and the Commander of the Sector 2 of the OPDS, Colonel Alhassan Grema noted that the incident would set the community and its neighbors who had been beneficiaries of the free medical services of the abducted Britons, backward health-wise. Apochi described the incident as an international embarrassment to Nigeria. “Now you see that the armed forces are not here to harm you or sent to kill you, but to protect you and make life conducive for you. All we do is to make the environment safe for your people. Nobody has come to take from you what belongs to you, but you people think when we come to attack you or harm people, now you see that your enemies are living next to you. “This unfortunate incident is an international embarrassment, Besides that, who is losing? Just begin to count the number of deaths from the day those expatriates were kidnapped till date. These were people who were giving treatments free of charge and the drugs they give you are original. “I want you people to mobilize and find Karowei, find him and let us know where to get him so he can be arrested. You people seem to be afraid of him and that’s why you don’t want to lead us to him. I want the youths of this community to brace up to their responsibility, find him and hand him over to us. Whatever assistance you need, you will have it”, he assured. The Chairman of Enekorogha Community, Prince Michael Ogodobiri, said the community knew what Karowei had done to them because they knew what the absence of the British missionaries meant to them. He, however, promised that the community would not fail in its responsibility to bring the kidnap kingpin to justice, assuring that nobody in the community was afraid of Karowei. He pointed out that the wanted kidnap gang leader is not from Enekorogha. Four British missionaries, David and Shirley Donovan, Ian Squire and Alanna Carson were abducted from their abode in Enekorogha community on October 13, 2017. Squire died in the kidnappers’ den where the other three were later freed. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/jtf-launches-manhunt-for-kidnap-kingpin.html

Military tanks were heading towards Zimbabwe’s capital Harare on Tuesday, 24 hours after army chief, Gen Constantino Chiwenga, warned President Robert Mugabe of takeover. Chiwenga had threatened Mugabe and his ruling Zanu-PF party after the sacking of vice-president Emmerson Mnangagwa. Eyewitnesses told Independent UK that military vehicles were also blocking major roads outside the city. Local media also reported that heavily armed military personnel had sealed off state TV broadcaster ZBC. “The current purging, which is clearly targeting members of the party with a liberation background, must stop forthwith,” Chiwenga had told a media conference at military headquarters. “We must remind those behind the current treacherous shenanigans that when it comes to matters of protecting our revolution, the military will not hesitate to step in”. The army boss added that the infighting in the party was damaging the country’s economy. “There is distress, trepidation and despondence within the nation,” he continued. “As a result of the squabbling, there has been no meaningful development in the country for the past five years.” Mnangagwa was dismissed after clashing with Mugabe’s wife, Grace, who is now in prime position to succeed her 93-year-old husband. His main rivals within the ruling Zanu-PF party are the younger Generation 40 or G40 group, which has Grace Mugabe’s support. But the 75-year-old former vice-president has powerful military connections, having served as defence and state security minister. Mnangagwa fled into exile, vowing to return and has launched a direct challenge to Mugabe by calling for members of the ruling party to desert the president. Before his sack, Mnangagwa, aka Crocodile, defiantly told Mugabe that the party was “not personal property for you and your wife to do as you please”. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/zimbabwe-military-tanks-roll-out-24.html

Chairman of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders’ Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), Sahabi Mahmud Tukur, has refuted speculation that Fulani herdsmen plan to attack Mambilla in Taraba State. The chairman said this in a chat with newsmen on Monday in Yola, Adamawa state, after a meeting with North-east officials. He insisted that the allegation that Fulani were recruiting foreigners to invade Mambilla were false. Tukur was reacting to Taraba Governor Darius Ishaku’s request for troops deployment during his visit to President Muhammadu Buhari. Ishaku had sought military support ahead of implementation of the anti-grazing bill. He told the president that the activities of the cattle breeders had destroyed lives and farmlands. “As the head of this government, the responsibility lies on me to do all I can to find a lasting solution to this situation that has consumed hundreds of lives, farm produce, cattle and wanton destruction”, he said. But Tukur maintained that “The claim is entirely false, mischievous and the figment of wild imagination which is aimed at causing restiveness, fear among and intimidation of the peace-loving people of Taraba State. “We want to categorically tell the people of Taraba State and all Nigerians that the Fulani have never and will never attack anybody and will seek redress in court of law. “Even this shall be as a last resort as the Fulani believe in the rule of law and will continue to rely on the law to protect them.” http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/breaking-herdsmen-speak-on-plot-to.html

There were rumours of bomb scare at the Anambra headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, following alleged discovery of a substance which looked like an improvised explosive device (IED). A source who pleaded not to be named told MC EBISCO that the device was detected by men of the anti-bomb squad of the Nigeria Police Force who combed the entire compound very early on Monday morning. Our source said, “It was early this morning that I was trying to use that road, when police condoned it off. We were told that they found a device that looked like a bomb and had to stop everyone to so that they can diffuse the device. Consequently, security has been beefed up at the premises. When MC EBISCO visited the compound, hordes of security operatives were seen, while visitors were subjected to full identification before entry. The resident electoral commissioner REC, Dr Nkwachukwu Orji, in his reaction said no bomb was detected. He, however, admitted that a substance was picked outside the compound and could have been dropped by anyone. Orji added that it was the duty of the police to verify the object. State police public relations officer, Princess Nkeiruka Nwode, said she was not aware of the discovery. She recalled that she stayed late into the night at INEC and was not privy to such. Asked to comment on influx of bomb disposal unit experts at the INEC office, Nwode said it was part of preparations for the Saturday governorship election. CP Umar Garba pleaded to call back when our correspondent reached him on phone. He was yet to do so as at the time of filing this report. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/anambra-guber-bomb-scare-at-inec-office.html

Former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili, has lamented President Muhammadu Buhari‘s silence over the deaths of 26 Nigerian women allegedly sexually abused and murdered in the Mediterranean Sea. A Spanish warship Cantabria had docked in the southern part of Salemo carrying 375 migrants, along with the dead girls. It was reported that the girls, mostly aged 14-18, may have been sexually abused and murdered as they attempted to cross the Mediterranean. http://dailypost.ng/2017/11/06/26-nigerians-allegedly-sexually-abused-murdered-mediterranean-sea/ However, Ezekwesili, in her reaction on Twitter, wrote: “Muhammadu Buhari, shocking that you personally have not acknowledged that 26 of the Citizens that you are their President drowned in the Mediterranean Sea and the whole world is talking about it. This is NOT LEADERSHIP, Sir. #EveryCitizensLifeMatters. “Muhammadu Buhari, It is CALLOUS for any Leadership to NEVER feel the pains that tragedies bring the way of a people. Can your FG and Aso Rock signal to the Nigerian Public that #NigerianCitizensLivesMatter? Can YOU? “I recall our public outrage when during the previous administration, then President, rather than acknowledge deaths in a bomb blast tragedy was busy at a Campaign Ground. This FG of President Muhammadu Buhari NOW REPEATS SAME with our 26 girls that drowned in Mediterranean Sea. What Changed??” http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/why-buhari-jonathan-are-same-oby.html

The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has reserved judgment in a legal action seeking to unseat Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State on account of non-compliance with laws in the conduct of the primary election that produced him in 2014 as the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC. The appeal was filed by Umaru Dahiru and Aliyu Sanyinna, who were governorship aspirants in the December 4, 2014 APC governorship primary election in Sokoto but lost out due to alleged swapping of the delegates list by the governor. Respondents in the appeal are the APC, Tambuwal and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC. Justice Abubakr Yahaya who presided over two other justices of the appellate court reserved the verdict of the court after counsel in the suit made their final brief of arguments to back up their respective reliefs sought at the court. Counsel to the appellants Roland Otaru, while making his final submissions asked the appeal court to remove Tambuwal as governor on the ground that he was not lawfully and validly elected as the APC gubernatorial candidate for the 2015 governorship elections. He submitted that the APC constitution, primary election guidelines and the Electoral Act were grossly violated during the conduct of the December 2014 primary election. The senior counsel argued that the disregard for the observance of due process got to the climax with the alleged swapping of the delegate’s list by the governor to circumvent the rules provided for the conduct of the primary by the national secretariat of the APC. Mr. Otaru informed the panel of justices that the two appellants attached the authentic delegates to their originating summon to confirm that none of the names on the list was ticked to establish accreditation of delegates for conduct of the primary election. He added that the failure of the respondents to produce the list of accredited delegates to rebut the claims of the appellants was fatal to the case of the respondents. He then urged the appellate court to set aside the judgment of Justice Gabriel Kolawole of the Federal High Court which on June 22, 2017 upheld the primary election. Otaru claimed that the judge erred in law and engaged in mis-carriage of justice by going out of the counter claims of the respondents to arrive at his conclusion. Specifically, the senior lawyer canvassed that the principal appellant, Umaru Dahiru, be declared the candidate of the APC in the 2015 governorship election. However, the APC, represented by Jibrin Okutepa, canvassed that the suit be dismissed for being vexatious and lacking in merit. He submitted that the appellants were inconsistent in their pleadings having allegedly claimed that there was no primary election conducted and in another averment established that not all the authentic delegates were accredited for the primary election. Besides, Okutepa claimed that the appellants changed the character of their case when in the originating summon they canvassed cancellation of the primary election for a fresh one but came back to seek that they be declared the winner of the same faulted primary poll. “From the totality of the case of the appellants and from the list they submitted on their own, they admitted that 1620 delegates from the 23 local government areas of the state were accredited and in their inconsistent claim, came out to allege again that delegates were not accredited as required by law”. “In the face of this glaring inconsistence, the case of the plaintiffs is liable to be dismissed, and I urge this court to do so and uphold the findings of the High Court on the issue,” he said. Also, counsel to Tambuwal, Ibrahim Ameh, canvassed the dismissal of the suit for lacking in merit. Ameh claimed that the fulcrum of the case of the appellants was non-accreditation of delegates adding that they did not establish their allegation as required by law in court. The counsel to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Tanimu Inuwa, also supported the submission for dismissal of the suit. Justice Yahaya after the adoption of the arguments by lawyers said that the date for judgment will be communicated to parties in the suit by the court. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/sokoto-guber-tambuwals-fate-hangs-as.html

Fresh crisis is brewing in the Peoples Democratic party (PDP), South West, over the national Chairmanship ticket of the party zoned to the area. The South West Board of Trustees, BOT, caucus of the party had pruned the numbers of chairmanship aspirants from the Zone to three, with a promise to pick one of the trio as a consensus candidate for the office. In a document signed by Alhaji Shuibu Oyedokun, a Board member on behalf of others, he said those selected were Professor Taoheed Adedoja, one time Sports and Special Duties Minister, Chief Olabode George, Former National Vice and Deputy Chairman of the Party and Professor Tunde Adeniran, Former Education Minister. But, the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the South West has dissociated itself from the purported endorsement of some aspirants vying to contest the national chairmanship of the party. The National Vice Chairman and regional chairman, Dr. Eddy Olafeso, in a statement made available to journalists in Akure on Monday , described the claim by some aspirants as an act of impunity. According to him, the party “will not support any action that will infringe on the fundamental rights of any party man to aspire to the highest position in the party. “In furtherance of this, we affirm that all those gentlemen from the South West that wish to contest for the position of the National Chairman of the party are at liberty to continue to pursue their ambition without encumbrance or hindrance.” Olafeso noted that the Board of Trustees (BoT) members of the party were resolute on their decisions not to interfere in the election by allowing all the aspirants to have equal right to contest. “We however declare that we remain in constant touch with stakeholders in the South West who possess the legitimate right to proffer guidance and input required to position and promote the party. “The issue of adopting a common position in the party is a serious action that must take due cognizance of every tendency within the party,” he said. The chairman stressed that the party was people-oriented and not the personal estate of a few, warning that the executive would not tolerate any act of impunity from anybody irrespective of their status. “We therefore conclude that no one has been barred from pursuing their ambitions in any manner,” he said. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/crisis-hits-south-west-pdp-over.html

President Muhammadu Buhari’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, has said he is not aware if his principal was involved in the reinstatement of former chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team, Abdulrashed Maina. Maina, who was accused of fraud of over N2billion had travelled out of the country, shortly after he was sacked by the immediate past administration. However, Maina, who recently sneaked back into the country, was reinstated into the civil service under controversial circumstances. Following Maina’s reinstatement, the Head of Civil Service of the federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita, had in a leaked memo, claimed that Buhari was aware of the ex-Pension boss’s recall. But featuring on The Osasu Show with Osasu Igbinedion, the presidential spokesperson said all those who were mentioned in connection with Maina’s case should be asked of Buhari’s involvement. Adesina also noted that until Oyo-Ita openly declares that she wrote the memo, it does not stand. He said, “The head of service to the best of my knowledge has not come out to own that memo allegedly published and credited to her. Until she owns it and say this memo is from me, then I can comment on it.” Responding to if Buhari ordered the reinstatement as the leaked memo suggests, Adesina said “It is those who did the reinstatement who can answer that question, not me. Those involved and those mentioned- federal civil service, head of service, and attorney general of the federation. I think you should rather pose that question to them.” On if Maina’s reinstatement tainted the name of the administration, Adesina said: “Yes. But if it was a bad look, was it an error of judgement or a deliberate thing. Former minister of information, Prince Tony Momoh, has stated that President Muhammadu Buhari will contest in 2019 because he is entitled to a second term in office. Momoh, a personal friend of the president and founding member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), said this in a chat with Sun. He also declared that Buhari is now fully fit and even healthier than many APC leaders. His words: “He (Buhari) is entitled to two terms. We should be thankful to God Almighty that we have a Buhari now who understands Nigeria more than any other Nigerian leader apart from the late Dr. Nnamdi Azikwe. “His presence in government is not an accident. We give the impression that someone who has been sick cannot work. I believe his sickness was exacerbated by what he discovered was on the ground. I was at the caucus meeting some couple of days ago; I was surprised to see him looking healthier than most of us. He is back fully at work. “One thing I can assure you is that if Buhari is strong enough and he knows he can do the job, he will contest and win. In fact, he cannot lose any election in Nigeria. One thing is when he secures a terrain you can’t take it from him. “Those who are going to vote are not the people on the social media; it is the ordinary people. His support base is the ordinary man. And he won’t take up a job he cannot do. Nigeria has to be re-grounded.” http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/why-buhari-will-contest-in-2019-apc.html

The presidency has released the full list of all the appointees of President Muhammadu Buhari. The release was in response to the recent media report that 81 of the 100 appointments made by Buhari were from the North, while the other regions shared the remaining 19 appointments. Earlier, Buhari’s media assistant, Femi Adesina had said the claim, initially made by a newspaper, was either an ignorant effort or a mischievous attempt to mislead the public and portray the Buhari administration in bad light. Below is an updated table of President Muhammadu Buhari’s appointments, disproving the allegations of lopsidedness. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/presidency-releases-list-of-buharis.html

Twin explosions rocked Enugu Saturday morning as residents filled out to cast their votes in the Local Government election holding today in the State. The explosions occurred simultaneously at Coal Camp in Enugu North Local Government Area and Obeagu in Enugu-South Council Area. DAILY POST reports that a team led by the Enugu Commissioner of police arrested three suspects over the Obeagu explosion. Confirming the incident, the spokesman of Enugu police command, Mr. Ebere Amaraizu said “the incident of minor explosion at a spare parts workshop at the entrance in the morning of 4/11/17 leading to a polling station at coal camp axis of Enugu State did not interfere with the voting activities at the polling Centre as the process is still on course there. “There was a reported incident of explosion in the morning of 4/11/17 at the coal camp axis, which is an enclave of artisans like welders, mechanics, auto electricians amongst others. “No life was lost just as operatives of the Explosive Ordinance Department of the Enugu state command of the Nigeria Police Force were on hand to to conduct analysis with a view to finding out the possible cause of the explosion at the workshop and its nature and as well as possible circumstance amongst others.” The caretaker committee chairman of Enugu South Local Government Area of Enugu State, Mr. Sunday Ugwu, while reacting to the blast, described it as unfortunate. He applauded the police for their prompt response, assuring that it would not affect the exercise as “our people are very enthusiastic to vote.” Meanwhile, voting has commenced in most of the council areas across the State. An employee of the Universal Basic Education Commission in Oyun Local Government Area of Kwara State, Mr. Biodun Bashir, has killed himself. The victim, according to findings by our correspondent in Ilorin, the capital, on Friday, was a driver with the organisation. Though no suicide note was left behind by the victim, sources said he had been going through a tough time before he committed the act. Civil servants are being owed several months’ salaries in Kwara State. A response from the Public Relations Officer of the state’s police command, Mr. Ajayi Okasanmi, was still being awaited as of the time of filing this report. However, in a telephone interview with our correspondent, Senior Special Assistant to the Kwara State Governor on Media and Communications, Dr. Muyideen Akorede, said that government was not aware of the incident and could not be blamed for the action of the deceased because the state was not responsible for the wages of UBEC workers. He said, “We regard this as a fake story which has been propagated by a group on social media that is opposed to this government. “While any death is regrettable, neither the Kwara State Government nor its local government councils are responsible for the payment of UBEC workers. The government is not aware of his death.” In a related development, residents of Jooro in Asa Dam area of Ilorin West Local Government Area have continued to express shock following the death of a man in the community, identified only as Prince, whose lifeless body was discovered by neighbours in his apartment. He was said to have been separated from his wife and children for some years before committing suicide a few days back. It was gathered that Prince had informed his pastor and some church members of his plan to commit suicide and was reportedly discouraged against it. A church member sent by the pastor to visit him raised the alarm that attracted neighbours after knocking on the door repeatedly without any response. His body was seen dangling from the ceiling after the door was forced open. http://www.mcebisco.com.ng/2017/11/just-imagine-how-2-commit-suicide-in.html
