No meritocracy...
That is why we see unqualified graduates heading positions that qualifed graduates ought to have headed...making the country to be going backwards.chai...the person that curse nigeria have been buried in 1808...

Top politicians want to ensure their slots is being shortlisted and that lingers the recruitment process.
My candid opinion...how will a country be sharing slots of recruitment to top politicians...

Why is recruitment taking longer process and time but if it is election,it will not take longer time.

I registered yesterday being sunday 26th march,2023....After trying for so many days!
I have never seen a poor website host like NDLEA ...

I successfully registered and downloaded my application slip and guarantors form...
For those who are yet to successfully registered, try it in the midnight or very early in the morning... don't leave the site to another site...stick on the site...when uploading image or documents,allow it for some minutes,it will upload, also make sure u rezise ur documents to be not more than 650kbs...

There are rules guiding recruitment in Nigeria civil service, your expectations sound otherwise.

They should not have publicise the recruitment process since they cannot publicise those shortlisted for the job.
Its very painful that recruitment process in Naija is based on nepotism, bribery and corruption.A common man can no longer get a good job without god fatherism and connection.
May God help this country with this ugly menace bedeviling the recruitment process in Naija.
I am among those that uploaded documents after successfully passing the 1st and 2nd test.
But have not heard anything 4rm them.
Just to hear that some persons have collected ApL. They should have notified both the successful and non successful ones via email or text msg.
If and only if they have secretly disburse APL to the successful candidates...

I was a victim of gambling...Betting really ruined my financial status .I determined not to play it any longer and by God's grace,i have not involve myself in it again.
Gambling is very dangerous.
It have waste alot of destiny.
My candid advice is that those still playing it should made up their mind not to play it again if its not favourable to them.
