Don't use your phone . Make use of a laptop .
On the contrary, I used my phone browser to generate my RRR code for my compulsory/course reg/exam reg fees and made payment from my gtb online platform (via pc) using the RRR code I generated.

It was a breeze.

can't generate payment code since yesterday please help what can I do.
Just keep trying. I updated my personal information though.

Try that. Keep trying with different browser both on phone & computer. Or use a friend's phone. It'll work. Pele

'Temporarily unable to generate code, Email field is required' was the response I was getting, is it the same as urs? Lucky me, I work near my SC, so I was always going there. Try those cafes near/in ur SC.

Please how do I get to McCarthy SC obalende from ojuelegba someone Help
From ojuelegba, take a bus to CMS, then from CMS, ask for where to take 'keke' to obalende. From obalende, ask anyone you are going to McCarthy street. You'll just walk to the SC. E no far.

Hope this is not coming late

You have to have some patience. I had the same experience, mine took 6 days before I could log on. So take a chill pill, but keep trying. It'll eventually log you in.

has your portal been created?
if yes, then login in to your portal
at the top-left side you'll see the remitta stuff.

just click on it, input the amount you want to pay e.g. 41000 and click on "generate RRR"

after generating the RRR just copy it aside then take it to any commercial bank alongside the exact amount you used while generating the RRR.

or better still after generating the RRR just log in to your internet banking platform and pay through the remita option
How do you generate payment receipt from your Internet banking platform then?
