This question may seem childish and uncalled for but I just need to get it clear. Pls why is it that in anatomy textbooks, there is always the vascular or blood supply of individual muscles but never the venous drainage of these individual muscles? Is it that there is a common venous network for these muscles or it is that the artery that supplies a muscle always have a corresponding vein with the same name(e.g for a lateral thoracic artery, there is a lateral thoracic vein)?

I dont think there is a particular reason.however,most(not all) regions/structures of the body have a corresponding vein bearing the name of the artery supplying it.Also,the tributaries of veins drain not just the area supplied by a particular artery but areas supplied by different arteries.

The Delta State Government has approved the sum of
N400 million for the payment of state Students
Assistance Scheme bursaries for about 32, 000 students
studying in various universities.
The state Commissioner for Information, Patrick Ukah ,
the Commissioners for Higher Education, Engr. Jude
Sinebe and the Executive Secretary, Scholarship Board,
Elijah Ologe , announced the development on Tuesday
after the Executive Council Meeting [EXCO] at the
Government House, Asaba.
The said the EXCO approved the sum for payment to
31,859 students of the state origin in higher institutions
as bursary award for the 2013/2014 session.

According to them, approval came after a verification
and biometric exercise by the Scholarship Board which
saw the number of beneficiaries being cut to 31,859
from over 40,000.
The Commissioners urged the leadership of the
National Association of Delta State Students
[NADESSTU] to assist the government in eliminating
sharp practices in the scheme.
Delta state students have protested several times in the
past over unpaid bursaries.

Which is better between a systemic approach and a regional approach to anatomy? Although, to me, I see systemic to be better because it gives a clearer relationship and link between the structures of the body hence aiding in easy understanding. Please I also need other opinions. I also need recommendations for good system anatomy textbooks. Thanks.

Systemic approach is always better but I will advice you go along with your school' pattern.this is because while systemic approach may give you a better grasp and cohesion in anatomy,you might be lagging behind with your lectures if your school have a different approach and this can markedly reduce your proficiency,especially when your school is running a crash program.
In summary,use the systemic approach during holiday and your school' approach,if different, during session.

Thanks a lot.the lady dragnet referred me to said the letter was rejected by the courier service because of wrong address initially but it have been corrected and resent yesterday so hopefully,I should get it tomorrow.

i acknowledge your plight bro.a friend of mine is in a similar predicament.he recieved the sucess mail from scholastica,in adherence of the intructive issued in the mail,he proceeded to his department and on getting there he was told that they did'nt receive anything.he sent an e-mail,regaling them with tales of his predicament.they asked him to come down to their office in lagos(apapa).

Sucessful scholars are required to fill the students identification form(attached to the sucess letter)and send it back to them through a courier service on or before 20th of september.failure to do so will result in outright cancellation of the award.

News like this make me think about my dear country,Nigeria.scanning through the list,I saw some 400 level students who were expelled on the ground of impersonation.if you really claim you are intelligent,why not show such quality in your courses and come out with a flying colour than jeopardise your stay in the university.
The funniest thing is people won't learn from this.they will always claim they are smarter.My advice for those of you in this act,one day you will join your predecessors above.

Yes,the course is also at the permanent site. He said he is not sure of the cutoff mark but the students in the class now had scores ranging from 200 and above.he had 230.I will have to get back to you about the subject combination.
