Jesus Christ told his disciples that they will be free whenever they know and learn the truth from the scriptures.

*WHY DID JESUS PRAY FOR GOD TO SANCTIFY HIS DISCIPLES WITH TRUTH?*

Jesus Christ when he discovered that he was about to be killed to fulfill his mission on earth, He knew that his physical demise will leave his disciples to continue from where He stopped. He made a prayer to his Father asking him to sanctify his disciples with truth. What does this imply? What lessons can we learn from this today?

John 17v15-16
*"I do not request that you take them out of the world, but that you watch over them because of the wicked one. They are no part of the world ,just as I am no part of the world. Sanctify them by means of the truth. Just as you sent me into the world, I also sent them into the world. And I am sanctifying myself in their behalf, so that they also may be sanctified by means of truth. "*

For us to understand this part of scripture, we need to understand what sanctification means. To sanctify simply means TO SEPARATE, TO PURIFY, TO PUT APART for God's glory.

Then who is the wicked one? The wicked one is the Satan the devil and his agents. What are their mission? TO STEAL, TO KILL and TO DESTROY. (see John 10v10)

Which instrument do this wicked one, Satan the devil and his agents use? He uses LIES. (See John 8v44) All his agents are using the LIES from him to steal, kill and destroy anything. The first lie Satan told man was in the Garden of Eden. Satan told Eve that if they eat of the forbidden fruit that they will not die but they will be like God. (See Gen.3v2-5) Did man eventually die after they ate the fruit? Did they later because like God?

*Jesus requested for God to watch over them, because he knew that immediately he leaves the earth that Satan the wicked one will come to DECEIVE, POLLUTE, LEAD THEM ASTRAY with his lies and demonic activities .* Jesus had earlier warned them to beware of false teachers and false prophets who will come with impure and false worship. (See Matt 7v15-23) Jesus knew these people will come up with all forms of false teachings, demonic teachings, pagan teachings and festivals, pagan ordinances and all forms of idolatrous practices ,renaming of pagan gods and goddesses and their ordinances to become Christendom ordinances and demonic practices such as spiritism, divination and sorcery.

These are all lies from the wicked one, Satan. They were all part of the then world of Roman Empire. Jesus separated himself from the worldly ordinances, participation, festivals, teachings etc of the world then. Here in that scripture, He was praying for God to SEPARATE THEM, PURIFY THEM, MAKE THEM LOOK DIFFERENT from the world by revealing THE TRUTH to them. *Jesus was praying for his disciples to separate from every of the practices, ordinances of the world that originated from Satan which is not from God. Jesus was simply asking his Father to help his disciples NOT TO CONTAMINATE THEMSELVES, NOT TO BE INVOLVED IN IMPURE WORSHIP, NOT TO MIX THE TRUTH WITH SATANIC LIES AND FALSE TEACHINGS. This is only possible by divine revelation of Scriptural truths, what the scriptures actually teach.* _Jehovah God does not want any form of mix-up, He does not want satanic contamination. He wants exclusive devotion. (See Exo. 20v4-6, Isa. 42v10, Luke 4v8, 2Cor. 6v14-18)_

*Today all these satanic inventions abound. Lies and false teachings and false festivals, pagan ordinances and idolatrous symbols etc have been christened by the wicked one to become Christendom practices today. Activities such as getting involved in military service, Christmas, Easter, Birthday, symbol of Halo, cross, New Year day celebration, using of instrument to pray, worship of saints, doctrine of Trinity, immotality of souls and many more originated from pagan world. We need to learn the accurate knowledge of Scriptures to be able to separate ourselves from these teachings satanic, pagan ordinances and practices. These things were warned by early disciples too (See 1Tim.4v1-2, 2Tim. 4v3-4, 2Pet. 2v1-3, 2Thess. 2v1-2,)*

*WHO IS CONTROLLING THE WORLD TODAY?*

Today, So many people in the Christendom world believe that there is Almighty God who created the Earth and the entire universe. Science has told us that there are up to 50 Billion milky way galaxy in the entire universe. Billions of stars, solar bodies etc were they created by accident? What exactly does the Bible really teach?

Gen. 1v1
*"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. "*

Psalms 104v24
" *How many your works are, O Jehovah! You made all of them in wisdom. The earth is full of what you have made."*

Prov. 3v19
*"Jehovah founded the earth in wisdom. He solidly established the heavens in discernment. "*

The theories of evolution and big bangs are mere philosophical myths. They all cannot create the perfect universe. The arrangements of solar bodies, animals, water bodies, weathers, vegetations, show that there is a divine creator.

But the big questions are, Why are bad things happening in the world today? Is the creator of the universe still control all the unfavourable events in the world today? Why are there so many evil occurrences, environmental disasters such as Psunami , earthquakes, unfavourable glaciation, epidemics, wars, death, sicknesses and diseases today in the universe? Did the creator create life this way for man to suffer several hardships, difficulties for just a century and die off?

*WHY ARE THERE TROUBLES IN THE WORLD?*

God created the perfect universe. He created a perfect earth for humans to live there. He put the first man on a perfect earth to live in it for ever. If Adam and Eve had not eaten the forbidden fruit, would they have died? They would have continued to be living today. (See Gen. 1v26-31, 2v7-9, Ps. 115v16)

*"But as for the tree of the knowledge of good and bad, you must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will certainly die. "*

Rom. 5v12
*That is why, just as through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, and so spread to all men because they had all sinned. "*

He Jehovah wanted to be the only ruler for man, God wants to be the only one to lead and decide for man. (See Jer. 10v23) The first human couple, Adam and Eve, decided against it and went to the devil to decide for them, they obeyed the Satan as ruler instead of Jehovah who universal sovereignty belongs to. Adam and Eve behavior submitted the entire mankind and earth God gave them to Satan the devil. Jehovah God left them to follow who they want and to solve their problems by themselves. Today, over 6,000 years has gone, humans are still battling to solve their problems by themselves with the help of Satan whom they chose. That Satan who wants to rule, has turned the world, the perfect earth upside down. Today, the entire world, earth and Universe are out of control. God is a perfect God, he does no imperfections and he created perfect things.

*The Rock, perfect is his activity, For all his ways are justice. A God of faithfulness who is never unjust; Righteous and upright is he."*

*The earth has been handed over to the wicked; He covers the eyes of its judges. If it is not he, then who is it?*

*"We know that we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one."*

*Then the devil said to him (Jesus); "I will give you all this authority and their glory, because it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. "*

From the above scriptures, Satan told Jesus Christ that all authority and their glories on Earth has been handed over to him. Did Jesus disprove that? When was these authority and their glories handed over to the Satan? Obviously immediately when Adam and Eve followed the advice of Satan at the Eden. Job told us also that the Earth is handed over to the wicked (Satan). No wonder the earth is full of wickedness and wicked things and occurrences. John also told us that the whole world is lying under the power of the wicked one, Satan himself. So he manipulates and arranges the evil occurrences in the world today. Apostle Paul emphatically said that Satan is the god of this world. No wonder there are so much struggles ,wickedness, evils today. Jesus Christ, also confirm that Satan is the ruler of this world.

Yes Satan did not create the earth, but he is controlling the world today because of man's fall at Eden. He manipulates everything. But this is not the original purpose for mankind. Jehovah God will eventually, chase away Satan from controlling the earth and eventually destroy him. Then the Earth will be restored back to its original form. God himself promised that he will create a new heavens and a new earth, where righteous and meek humans will live. (See Rev. 20v10, lsa.66v22)

Isa. 65v17
*For look! I am creating new heavens and a new earth and the former things will not be called to mind. Nor will they come up into the heart. "*

2Pet. 3v13
*But there are new heavens and a new earth that we are awaiting according to his promise, and in these righteousness is to dwell. "*

*HOW TO KNOW TRUE PROPHECIES AND FALSE PROPHECIES?*

Prophecy has become so much in demand in the world today both for Christians and Non-Christians. Because of that millions around the world are confused in differentiating between genuine prophecies and false prophecies.

*PROPHECY*
This is an inspired message, whether a revelation of divine will or the proclamation of it. Prophecy may be an inspired moral teaching, an expression of a divine command or judgment, or a declaration of something to come.​ —Eze 37:9, 10; Da 9:24; Mt 13:14; 2Pe 1:20, 21. The source of genuine prophecies is God. While most cases, sources of false and fake prophecies are Demons

There are so many other acts of prediction which in most case people mix them up with genuine prophecy.

*Clairvoyance* : This is the alleged ability to gain information about an object, person, location, or physical event through extrasensory perception. Most Clairvoyants operate either by guess work, or by assistance of means and mediums or demonic spirits. So many people who were possessed by this spirit were possessed at childhood, few were at Adulthood. This ability to see visions or make predictions has nothing to do with call of God. Predictions by clairvoyance are not accurate, they do not have details, and in some cases do not come to pass.

*Divination* : This is the art of seeking knowledge of the future or the unknown by supernatural means. It is called 'Divinare' in Latin, which means " to foresee, to be inspired by a god or spirit". This is the attempt to gain insight into a question or situation by way of an occultic, with the assistance of demons via possessions, means and mediums, standardized process or ritual. The demon spirit of divination can possess anyone who is predisposed to it from childhood to adulthood. It has nothing to do with the call of God. These predictions are largely not accurate, they lack details and many times fail to come to pass.

1Samuel 28v7-
Finally Saul said to his servants : "Find me a woman who is a spirit medium, and I will go and consult her."His servants replied :" Look! There is a woman who is a spirit medium in Endor. " So Saul disguised himself and put on other garments and went to the woman by night with two of his men. He said :" Use divination, please, by acting as a spirit medium, and bring up for me the one whom I designate to you "...11 At this the woman said :" Whom should I bring up for you? " He replied: "Bring up Samuel for me. "

Acts 16v1-18
" _16 Now it happened that as we were going to be place of prayer, a servant girl with a spirit, a demon of divination, met us. She supplied her master with much profit by fortune telling. 17 This kept following Paul and us and crying out with the word : "These men are the slaves of the most high God and are proclaiming to you the way of salvation. "18 She kept doing this for many days. Finally Paul got tired of it and turned and said to the spirit : " I order you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. "And it came out that very hour._

*Fortune telling* Fortune telling is the practice of predicting information, events about a person's life. The scope of fortune telling is in principle identical with the practice of divination. Fortune tellers use various means and mediums such as Horoscope, tarot cards, also through spirit or demonic possession.

*Sorcery* : Magic. Sorcerer (paranormal), a practitioner of magic, the ability to attain objectives or acquire knowledge or wisdom using supernatural means. Sorcerer (fantasy), someone who uses or practices magic that derives from supernatural or occult sources.

Acts 13v6-11
_When they had gone through the whole island as far as Paphos, they met up with a Jewish man named Bar-Jesus, who was a sorcerer and a false prophet.... "_
Acts 8v9-11
_Now in the city was a man named Simon, who prior to this had been practicing magical arts and amazing the nation of Samaria, claiming that he was somebody great. All of them, from the least to the greatest, would pay attention to him and say : " This man is the Power of God, which is is called Great. " So they would pay attention to him because he had amazed them for quite a while by his magical arts._

If you analyze these four future and past predicting arts, they are all arts of spiritism, anything that falls under these are actually not prophecies. These are predictions, mostly via spirit mediums, means or demon possessions. Some may come to pass, many may fail. As a matter of fact, it may be as a result of interpolations and extrapolations of any available facts. Many of these do not provide details.

Deut.18v21-22
*However, you may say in your heart : How will we know that Jehovah has not spoken the word? When the Prophet speaks in the name of Jehovah and the word is not fulfilled or does not come true, then Jehovah did not speak that word. The Prophet spoke it presumptuously. You should not fear him '.*

Deut. 18v10-13
*There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, anyone practising magic, anyone who looks for omens, a sorcerer, anyone binding others with spell, anyone who consults a spirit medium, or a fortune teller, or anyone who inquires of the dead. For whoever does this things is detestable to Jehovah ,..."*

*" I did not send the Prophets yet they ran. I did not speak to them yet they prophesied.* "

*" I have heard the Prophets who are prophesying lies in my name say, I had a dream! How long will this continue in the heart of the Prophets, to prophesy lies? They are Prophets of the deceit of their own heart.*

*"Let the Prophet who has a dream relate the dream, but the one who has my word should speak my word truthfully. "*

CHARACTERISTICS OF TRUE PROPHECIES.

(1) True prophecies are accurate and perfect. Deut. 32v3-4

(2) True prophecies shall by no means fail. Num. 23v19, Isa. 55v10-11, Psalms 119v89-96

(3) True prophecies must be in line with the infallible word of God and shall by no means contradict any part of scriptures. God cannot lie. See Titus 1v2, Heb. 13v8, James 1v17

(4) True prophecies have details for its fulfilment. 2Peter 1v19

(5) One of the most important characteristics of true prophecies is that, the essence of the prophecies itself is to make God's people to repent or return to God or to take divine direction. THIS IS A MAJOR CHARACTERISTICS IN ALL THE PROPHECIES IN THE BIBLE, FROM ALL THE MAJOR AND MINOR PROPHETS such as (Moses, Nathan, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Samuel, Ezekiel, Daniel, Joel, Nahum, Obadiah, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zachariah, Malachi etc) Jer. 26v5, Num. 12v6 Acts 2v11.

*The big questions are , if someone makes a prophecy, why did it fail to come to pass? Can God tell a prophet something that cannot come to pass? Can God tell a prophet something without details for its fulfilment? Why are many of those prophecies based on people fortunes? Why are those prophecies not motivating people to repent or return to God? Why are those people prophecies not in support of God's kingdom? Why are those prophecies against the Holy scriptures?*

I think you are missing the whole point here. Do you believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God? Do you believe that the words of Jesus is God's word for mankind? Do you believe that as a Christian it is only those who follow Jesus teachings that are in his Father's love? If Jehovah has been unable to forgive Satan for his "sin" since the beginning of time then I don't see why Christians should forgive their enemies

If Jehovah can punish the descendants of Adam and Eve for eternity because they ate a fruit in a garden it could have easily hidden then I don't see why Christians should forgive their enemies.

If Jehovah can create a place full of torture and torment just so it can enjoy listening to billions of people scream in agony and enjoy the aroma of burnt flesh(suya) then I don't see why Christians should forgive their enemies.

Christians should emulate Jehovah and be jealous, hateful, vengeful, genocidal and even have their own room of torture for their enemies because that is what the lord does.

Hello friend, Jehovah God is a loving Father. He is Love. Adam and Eve sinned, by He Jehovah still loves us. that was why He sent Jesus Christ down to come and use his life to purchase us back to himself. John 3v16. That is why He wants you to be saved.
Jehovah God did not create where disobedient humans will be alive in suffering forever. It was an invented doctrine. What exactly does the scripture teach on this?

(1) The wages of sin is death., not torment for Billions of years. Rom. 6v23

(2) For the one who has died has been freed, acquitted from his sin. No more punishment Rom. 6v7

(3) For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son and whoever believes in him shall not PERISH, DESRTOYED but shall have everlasting life. No more punishment after you are destroyed. John 3v16

(4) God told Adam: "...but the day you shall eat of the fruit of the tree, you shall DIE, DESTROYED. Not to put you somewhere where you will be suffering alive forever. Gen. 2v17

(5) God told Ezekiel, that the soul that sins shall DIE, DESTROYED. Not to be put somewhere where he will be alive in punishment forever. Ezek. 18v4,20.

(6) What is the meaning of Lake of fire stated in the book of Revelation 21v8, ,20v14, IT IS THE SECOND DEATH that will be experienced by those resurrected ones who were disobedient. They are the one's that will die the SECOND DEATH.

The Doctrine of immortality of soul in a place of suffering pains for ever is not a christian doctrine. It was invented by the ancient pagan Greek philosophers especially Plato in more than 432 years before even Jesus Christ.

SHOULD TRUE CHRISTIANS PRAY OR FIGHT AGAINST THEIR ENEMIES?

For centuries, humans have battled or engaged in a fight against their human enemies. Many have extended this fight to unknown enemies of darkness of this world. We do not need to define who an enemy is, one thing is common among them, they all oppose ,attack, work evil against humans.

WHAT DOES THE BIBLE REALLY SAY ON HOW TO REACT OR RESPOND TO THIS ENEMIES?

From the time of old testament, Jehovah gave Moses the law, He specifically gave Israelites instructions on how to respond to anyone who fights, opposes, persecutes or attack or resist them.

(A) Exo. 20v18-27.
verse 24 says EYE FOR EYE, TOOTH FOR TOOTH, HAND FOR HAND, FOOT FOR FOOT, BURN FOR BURN, WOUND FOR WOUND, BLOW FOR BLOW.

(B) Leviticus 24v17-20
verse 20,
" FRACTURE FOR FRACTURE, EYE FOR EYE, TOOTH FOR TOOTH, THE SAME SORT OF INJURY HE INFLICTED SHOULD BE INFLICTED ON HIM"

(C) Deut.19v21
"YOU SHOULD NOT FEEL SORRY : LIFE WILL BE FOR LIFE, EYE FOR EYE, TOOTH FOR TOOTH, HAND FOR HAND, FOOT FOR FOOT".

(D) Exo. 22v18
" YOU MUST NOT ALLOW A SORCERER (WITCH) TO LIVE.

The above scriptures from the law of Moses have been the basis and foundations where those professing Christians around the world today use to pray, fight back against their enemies. But then, something happened, JESUS CHRIST, came and told us that he has come to fulfill the law of Moses. Matt. 5v17. Thus after fulfilling these laws, the Law of Moses was set aside, ended with the death of Jesus Christ.

Rom. 10v4
"FOR CHRIST IS THE END OF THE LAW, SO THAT EVERYONE EXERCISING FAITH MAY HAVE RIGHTEOUSNESS ".

Heb.7v12
"FOR SINCE THE PRIESTHOOD IS BEING CHANGED, IT BECAME NECESSARY TO CHANGE THE LAW AS WELL ".

The law of Moses that contains law of revenge, and fight against our enemies has been set aside, it has ended. Christians are no longer operating under the law of Moses but UNDER GRACE. Rom. 6v14, The law of Moses is the law of Sin and death. Rom. 8v1-3. The law of Moses has been changed with the law Grace.

WHAT DID JESUS TEACH HIS DISCIPLES ON HOW TO RESPOND TO OUR ENEMIES?

Matt. 5v38-39
"YOU HAVE HEARD THAT IT WAS SAID: "EYE FOR EYE AND TOOTH FOR TOOTH'. HOWEVER, I SAY TO YOU :DO NOT RESIST THE ONE WHO IS WICKED, BUT WHOEVER SLAPS YOU ON YOUR RIGHT CHEEK, TURN THE OTHER ALSO TO HIM".

Matt. 5v43-45
"YOU HEARD THAT IT WAS SAID : 'YOU MUST LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AND HATE YOUR ENEMIES '. HOWEVER, I SAY TO YOU : CONTINUE TO LOVE YOUR ENEMIES AND TO PRAY FOR THOSE WHO PERSECUTE YOU, SO THAT YOU MAY PROVE YOURSELVES SONS OF YOUR FATHER WHO IS IN THE HEAVENS,..."

Luke 6v27-28
"BUT I SAY TO YOU WHO ARE LISTENING: CONTINUE TO LOVE YOUR ENEMIES, TO DO GOOD TO THOSE HATING YOU, TO BLESS THOSE CURSING YOU, TO PRAY FOR THOSE WHO ARE INSULTING YOU".

Jesus' words are very clear. Jesus taught us to love our enemies and persecutors, to pray for them not to pray against them, He taught us not to wish them bad or take revenge against them. Jesus taught us to bless our enemies and those cursing us. Those who pray and curse their enemies to die, those who pray against them, those who fight them or take revenge are simply not following Jesus Christ teachings and ARE NOT TRUE CHRISTIANS. Those who teach contrary to these teachings of Jesus are simply FALSE TEACHERS. See 2John v9-11, Matt. 7v15-23.

WHAT DID APOSTLES OF JESUS TEACH ON THIS?

Rom. 12v17-20
RETURN EVIL FOR EVIL TO NO ONE.... DO NOT AVENGE YOURSELVES, BELOVED, BUT YIELD PLACE FOR WRATH; FOR IT IS WRITTEN :"'VENGEANCE IS MINE; I WILL REPAY,' SAYS JEHOVAH'" BUT IF YOUR ENEMY IS HUNGRY, FEED HIM; IF HE IS THIRSTY, GIVE HIM SOMETHING TO DRINK; FOR BY DOING THIS YOU WILL HEAP FIERY COALS ON HIS HEAD. "

Apostles of Jesus taught exactly what Jesus taught them. We can see it from Paul's letter to Romans. Those who are teaching contrary to this teach today, are they adhering to only on teachings of Christ? are they really true Apostles of Jesus, No, they are false teachers.

We can also observe Stephen, one of the Apostles of Jesus demonstrated this when he was persecuted to the point of death. Did he pray that God will punish his persecutors and kill them? "Then, kneeling down, he cried out with a strong voice : ''Jehovah, do not charge this sin against them." After saying this, he fell asleep in death".
Friends, it is by acquiring the accurate knowledge of the scriptures that we can know God's will, it is only when we know his will and do them that we can please him, and until we please Jehovah God, we cannot inherit his Kingdom.

If you look at the scriptures i outlined, you will believe with me that the PRINCIPAL REASON for seeking GOD is not the main reason why so many Christendom church leaders are gathering people. Watch their messages, it has been Goodie goodie life in this present system, getting what you want, attaining great heights, acquiring material possessions. Yes am not saying that having all these are bad, but then should not be the reason why people should be seeking God. Another example is look at their posters, program themes, they are all about materialism. This is total deception from the plan of God. Isaiah the prophet prophesied that true worshippers would seek for Jehovah's word and instructions on how to please him on the last days. It is one of the verses i outlined.

*WHAT IS THE PRINCIPAL REASON FOR SEEKING GOD?*

*(3) To subdue all your enemies and you live enviable life in abundance and prosperity on earth?*

Every week billions of professing Christians gather in their worship centers to seek God. It is clear that majority gather to seek God to help them fulfill their plans and purposes on Earth, others gather to seek God to help them solve their problems and challenges they are facing through miraculous manifestations, others gather to fight their physical and spiritual enemies, to subdue them and their powers so as to start living in abundance, good health and happiness. True worshippers of Jehovah do not make seeking of miracles and material satisfaction their primary reason of seeking him, they seek Jehovah with spirit and with truth.

Isaiah 2v2-3
*In the final part of the days, The mountain of the house of Jehovah will become firmly established above the top of the mountains,...And many people will go and say :"Come let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah, To the house of the God of Jacob. He will instruct us about his ways , And we will walk in his paths..."*

Here we saw Prophet Isaiah prophesied about how true worshippers of Jehovah will seek him in the last days. They will be seeking for Jehovah's ways not miracles, they will be seeking on how to please Jehovah and not how to acquire material possessions in the last days. But today we can see clearly that those people seeking Jehovah for breakthroughs, miracles, prosperity, etc in this last days are not true seekers of Jehovah.

The Bible account of Jesus, after he had fed 5,000 people with 5 barley loaves of bread and two fishes, he crossed over to capernaum with his disciples, the next day multitudes gathered and crossed over to carpernaum seeking Jesus. Were they seeking Jesus Christ because of word of eternal life he was teaching? No, those crowds were seeking Jesus because of bread and fish they ate.

*Jesus answered them : " Most truly i say to you, you are looking for me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate from the loaves and were satisfied. Work not for the food that perishes, but for the food that remains for everlasting life, which the son of man will give you;... "*

This account also shows us again that we are to seek for Jehovah's word, to instruct us. This is word of eternal life true worshippers seek. Today millions are like those crowds in Jesus day. They seek open doors for material blessings, miracles etc. Year by year they gather, Month by month they gather, week by week they gather, even many gathers daily in several Christendom churches seeking for way out of their problems. Majority spend their entire years of their life seeking for miracles, breakthroughs and wonders, but then do they actually get all those miracles they are seeking for? What is it did Jesus tell us to seek?

*Keep on, then, seeking first the Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these other things will be added to you".*

The Bible is clear on what to seek, 'God's Kingdom ' when we seek it we get involved in preaching the gospel of the kingdom because until this gospel of the kingdom is preached everywhere the end will not come. Matt. 24v14. When we seek God's Kingdom, we pray for it to come. Matt.6v10. God's Kingdom when it comes, Mankind will have all their problems solved, all their needs met. They will not seek for miracles, breakthroughs and material prosperity again because God's kingdom will bring God's will to be done on Earth. Matt 6v10. Let us seek Jehovah's word, instructions to help us run this race of eternal life. Really, what good will it do a man to gain the whole world and to lose his life? Mark 8v36. Wealth, health, abundance, miracles, prosperity are all good, but nothing can be compared with everlasting life in the New Heaven and New Earth, where righteousness is to dwell. 2Peter 3v13. Hello Triville, The major problem Nigerians are facing today is unenlightenment, if majority of Nigerian are enlightened, revolution will be easier, they will make the right demand from their leaders. *WHY CHRISTMAS IS NOT FOR CHRISTIANS*

‘CHRISTMAS is outlawed! Anyone celebrating it or even staying home from work on Christmas Day will be subjected to penalties!’

Strange as it may seem, this actually became law back in the 17th century. The Puritans had the celebration banned in England. What caused such a firm stand against Christmas? And why are there millions today who feel that Christmas is not for Christians?

*Where Did Christmas Really Come From?*

You might be surprised to learn that Christmas was not instituted by Jesus Christ nor was it celebrated by him or his first-century disciples. In fact, there is no record of a Christmas celebration until 300 years after Christ died.

Many people living in those days worshiped the sun, as they felt a strong dependence on its yearly cycle. Elaborate ceremonies accompanied sun worship in Europe, Egypt, and Persia. The central theme in these festivals was the return of light. The sun, because of its seeming weakness during winter, was implored to return from ‘distant wanderings.’ Festivals included merrymaking, feasting, dancing, decorating homes with lights and ornaments, and gift-giving. Do these activities sound familiar?

Sun worshipers believed that the unburned wood of a yule log had magic powers, that bonfires could give the sun-god strength and bring him back to life, that houses decorated with evergreens would scare away demons, that holly was to be worshiped as a promise of the sun’s return, and that sprigs of mistletoe could bring good luck if worn as charms. What celebration are these items associated with today?

December was a major festival month in pagan Rome long before Christmas was introduced there. The week-long Saturnalia (dedicated to Saturn, the god of agriculture) and the Dies Natalis Solis Invicti (Birthday of the Unconquered Sun) took place at this time. Also, December 25 was regarded as the birthday of Mithras, the Persian god of light.

*Christianizing the Pagans?*

In an effort to convert these pagans, there was an unscriptural blending of Christian beliefs with pagan ones, and so the church chose a date for Christmas that coincided with the most important pagan festival. And what of Christmas customs? The Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics admits that most Christmas customs “are not genuine Christian customs, but heathen customs which have been absorbed or tolerated by the Church.” It was apparently felt that simply giving these customs a Christian facade would Christianize those who took part in them.

However, instead of Christianizing paganism, these customs paganized Christianity. During the 1600’s, the Puritans became so disturbed over the obviously pagan nature of Christmas that the holiday was outlawed in England and in some of the American colonies. Penalties were exacted for celebrating Christmas or just staying home from work on Christmas Day. In New England (U.S.), it was not until 1856 that Christmas was legalized.

But there is one factor about Christmas that is more important than how the church, the pagans, or the Puritans viewed it in the past. Of primary concern to true Christians is . . .

*How Does Jesus Christ View Christmas?*

If a celebration was to be held in your honor, would not your approval of its nature be of importance? Therefore, we do well to ask: Does the Bible indicate how Jesus views traditions steeped in paganism?

Jesus condemned religious leaders who compromised pure worship to gain converts. He said to such leaders: “You [travel] sea and land to make a single convert, and then you make him twice as ripe for destruction as you are yourselves.”​—Matthew 23:15, Phillips.

Conversion was not to be accomplished by blending pagan and Christian beliefs. Paul, an apostle of Jesus, wrote to Christians living in Corinth: “You cannot be drinking the cup of Jehovah and the cup of demons.” (1 Corinthians 10:21) And in his next letter to them, Paul added: “Don’t link up with unbelievers and try to work with them. . . . How can there be harmony between Christ and the devil?”​—2 Corinthians 6:14, 15, Phillips.

If a conscientious mother saw her child pick up candy from a sewage-filled gutter, she would insist that he get rid of it immediately. The thought of his eating it​—even touching it—​repels her. Christmas, though sweet to many, has been picked up from unsavory places. Jesus’ sentiments match those of the prophet Isaiah, who urged true worshipers of his day: “Turn away, turn away, get out of there, touch nothing unclean.”​—Isaiah 52:11.

Therefore, true Christians today do not celebrate Christmas. While their position may seem strange to others, they view traditions as did Jesus. When asked: “Why is it your disciples overstep the tradition of the men of former times?” he replied: “Why is it you also overstep the commandment of God because of your tradition?” And he added: “You have made the word of God invalid because of your tradition.”​—Matthew 15:2, 3, 6.

True Christians today manifest unity with Jesus by practicing “the form of worship that is clean and undefiled,” untarnished by the pagan traditions of men.​—James 1:27.

The Bible’s answer

The Bible does not give the date of Jesus’ birth, nor does it say that we should celebrate his birthday. As McClintock and Strong’s Cyclopedia states: “The observance of Christmas is not of divine appointment, nor is it of NT [New Testament] origin.”

Instead, an examination of the history of Christmas exposes its roots in pagan religious rites. The Bible shows that we offend God if we try to worship him in a way that he does not approve of.—Exodus 32:5-7.

History of Christmas customs

CELEBRATING JESUS’ BIRTHDAY: “The early Christians did not celebrate [Jesus’] birth because they considered the celebration of anyone’s birth to be a pagan custom.”—The World Book Encyclopedia.

DECEMBER 25: There is no proof that Jesus was born on that date. Church leaders likely chose this date to coincide with pagan festivals held on or around the winter solstice.

GIFT-GIVING, FEASTING, PARTYING: The Encyclopedia Americana says: “Saturnalia, a Roman feast celebrated in mid-December, provided the model for many of the merry-making customs of Christmas. From this celebration, for example, were derived the elaborate feasting, the giving of gifts, and the burning of candles.” The Encyclopædia Britannica notes that “all work and business were suspended” during Saturnalia.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS: According to The Encyclopedia of Religion, Europeans decorated their homes “with lights and evergreens of all kinds” to celebrate the winter solstice and to combat evil spirits.

MISTLETOE, HOLLY: “The Druids ascribed magical properties to the mistletoe in particular. The evergreen holly was worshiped as a promise of the sun’s return.”—The Encyclopedia Americana.

CHRISTMAS TREE: “Tree worship, common among the pagan Europeans, survived after their conversion to Christianity.” One of the ways in which tree worship survived is in the custom of “placing a Yule tree at an entrance or inside the house in the midwinter holidays.”—Encyclopædia Britannica.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH CHRISTMAS CUSTOMS?

Christmas has long been described as a traditional Christian festival to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Many of the customs used in this celebration, however, make us wonder how they came to be associated with Jesus’ birth in the first place.

For one thing, there is the myth of Santa Claus. The modern-day jolly, white-bearded, rosy-cheeked, red-suited Santa is known to have been a successful Christmas advertisement created for a North American beverage company in 1931. During the 1950’s, some Brazilians tried to replace Santa Claus with a native legendary figure—Grandpa Indian. The result? Santa Claus not only defeated Grandpa Indian but even “defeated the child Jesus and became the official representative of the feast of December 25,” says Professor Carlos E. Fantinati. But are myths such as Santa Claus the only problem with Christmas? For the answer, let us go back to early Christianity.

“During the first two centuries of Christianity there was strong opposition to recognizing birthdays of martyrs or, for that matter, of Jesus,” states theEncyclopedia Britannica. Why? Christians viewed birthday celebrations as a pagan custom, something to be avoided altogether. In fact, no mention of the date of Jesus’ birth can be found in the Bible.

In the fourth century C.E., despite the stand taken by the early Christians against the custom of celebrating birthdays, the Catholic Church instituted Christmas. The church wanted to strengthen its position by removing one of the main obstacles in its way—the popularity of the pagan Roman religions and their winter solstice festivals. Each year, from December 17 through January 1, “most Romans feasted, gamed, reveled, paraded, and joined in other festivities as they paid homage to their deities,” says Christmas in America, by Penne L. Restad. And on December 25, the Romans celebrated the birth of the Invincible Sun. Instituting Christmas on that day, the church cajoled many Romans into celebrating the birth of Jesus instead of the birth of the sun. Romans “were still able to enjoy the trappings of these midwinter festivals,” says Santa Claus, a Biography, by Gerry Bowler. In reality, they “continued to mark the new days with old ways.”

Clearly, then, the main problem with Christmas celebrations lies in their unsavory origins. In his book The Battle for Christmas, Stephen Nissenbaum refers to Christmas as “nothing but a pagan festival covered with a Christian veneer.” Christmas, therefore, dishonors God and his Son, Jesus Christ. Is this just a trivial matter? The Bible asks: “What fellowship do righteousness and lawlessness have? Or what sharing does light have with darkness?” (2 Corinthians 6:14) Like the trunk of a tree that has grown crooked, Christmas is so twisted that it “cannot be made straight.”—Ecclesiastes 1:15.

*GOD'S KINGDOM : WILL WORLD'S POLITICS ESTABLISH GOD'S KINGDOM ON EARTH?*

About the year 63 BC, Pompey, Roman general from Roman empire invaded Jerusalem and captured it, the provinces of Palestine became subject to Rome. The local government was entrusted part of the time to Princes and the rest of the time to Procurators who were appointed by the emperor. Herod was the ruler of all Palestine at the time of Christ's birth.
*Many Jews to whom Jesus preached really wanted to be free from the Romans.* Jewish Zealots, a fanatical political group, did all they could to make these feelings even stronger. Many of the Zealots followed a man named Judas the Galilean, who lived about the time of Jesus. Judas was a false messiah, who misled many. The Jewish historian Josephus said that Judas urged the Jews to fight against Rome and called those who agreed to pay taxes to the Romans “cowards.” The Romans eventually put Judas to death. (Acts 5:37) Some of the Zealots even became violent to achieve their goals.

In Jesus’ day, paying taxes was an issue that caused many people to take sides in politics. In fact, Judas the Galilean rebelled against Rome because the Romans were registering people to make sure that they would pay taxes. And there were many taxes to pay, such as on possessions, land, and houses. Also, tax collectors were very corrupt, which made the problem worse. They sometimes paid government officials to get a position and then used their power to make a lot of money. Zacchaeus, the chief tax collector in Jericho, became rich because he made people pay a lot. Luke19v2-3

*Most of the Jews were eagerly waiting for the Messiah to come. They thought that the Messiah would free them from the Romans and would make Israel a great nation again. (Luke 2:38; 3:15) Many believed that the Messiah would establish a kingdom on earth in Israel.* When that happened, all the Jews who lived in different places around the world would return to Israel. Even John the Baptist once asked Jesus: “Are you the Coming One, or are we to expect a different one?” (Matthew 11:2, 3) Perhaps John wondered whether someone else would come to free the Jews. *Later, two disciples met Jesus on the road to Emmaus after he was resurrected. They said they had hoped that Jesus was the one who would free Israel. (Read Luke 24:21.)* *Soon after that, the apostles asked Jesus: “Lord, are you restoring the kingdom to Israel at this time?”​—Acts 1:6.5.*

*The Jews expected that the Messiah would solve their problems. That is probably why the people of Galilee wanted Jesus to become their king.* They must have thought that he would be the best leader. He was an excellent speaker, could cure the sick, and could even provide food for those who were hungry. After Jesus fed about 5,000 men, the people were amazed. Jesus realized what they wanted to do. The Bible says: “Jesus, knowing that they were about to come and seize him to make him king, withdrew again to the mountain alone. John 6v10-15.

*Shortly before his death, Jesus realized that some of his followers believed that he would start ruling as king in Jerusalem.* Jesus told them the illustration of the minas to help them understand that this would not happen. That illustration was about “a man of noble birth,” Jesus, who would have to go away for a long time. (Luke 19:11-13, 15) *Jesus also clearly told the Roman official Pontius Pilate that he did not take sides in the world’s politics.* Pilate asked Jesus: “Are you the King of the Jews?” (John 18:33) Pilate may have been afraid that Jesus would make people revolt against the Romans. *But Jesus answered: “My Kingdom is no part of this world.” (John 18:36) Jesus refused to get involved in politics, because his Kingdom would be in heaven.* He said that his work on earth was to "bear witness to the truth " See John 18v37

*Jesus Christ made it clear that he and his disciples were not part of this world political system, John 17v16, He made it clear to his disciples that until God's kingdom which will be established in heaven comes down on Earth, mankind will not have all their needs and heart desires met on earth. He made it clear that getting involved in the worlds political system will never bring Gods kingdom to earth as the Jews earlier thought. He told people to seek this God's kingdom and it's righteousness. Matt.6v33, when Gods kingdom comes on the earth, the earth will become a paradise again and righteousness will dwell on Earth forever. As environmental hazards, sickness, suffering, hunger, death, Satan, troubles, human governments etc will be no more.See Dan.2v44, 2Pet.3v13, Rev. 21v1-4. Jesus also told us in our model prayer to always pray for this kingdom of heaven to come to earth, then the will of God will take place on earth. Matt. 6v9-10.*

10 THINGS NIGERIANS WANT FROM FEDERAL GOVERNMENT :

1. EDUCATION; Federal Government MUST make education from Primary to Senior Secondary School Compulsory and free for Nigerians. This is because education is the foundation upon which great nations are built.

2. RESOURCES CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT; Federal Government Should hand over Federal Businesses and assets to Regions, This will make every region to be economically powerful, States like Nasarawa, Taraba, Kogi, Ebonyi, Borno, Adamawa, Yobe, Zamfara Osun, Ekiti etc cannot be poor when they have abundance of natural resources. This will create more jobs for their people and bring healthy competition among other regions and states while Federal government should only Concentrate on Policy, supervision, revenue collection, Defense etc. Resources control and management is expected to drop Federal Government responsibilities such as recurrent expenditures by 50-70 ‰ and yet brings more more revenue for the federal government.

3. ECONOMY AND BUSINESSES; Federal Government has no business in things like running NNPC, NPA, Agriculture, works and housing, Universities, etc these should be handed over to regions or states and run by private sectors, Every region should provide it's own Agriculture, food, housing, rails and roads, Universities, Hospitals for their own people, since they are the one's generating fund from all assets. State Government or Regional Governments will partner with private sector and run those businesses and institutions very well. This will also reduce the rate of racketeering in government institutions. Government has no business doing business or doing trading. Government should set up a private sector that would be doing these. While they supervise and manage policies.

4. REGIONAL POLICE; Federal Government should allow regions or states to have its own police for proper grassroots policing and help to curb crimes against unknown intruders like terrorist and armed herders.

5. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PRIORITIES ; Federal Government should concentrate on Foreign affairs, immigration, customs and excise, Defense, Department of Security service, Policy making. This will make Federal Government not to be involved in running businesses, yet making revenue in Billions of dollars per annum. People must be employed to generate profit for government. There are several Federal Government institutions or parastatals that have thousands employed yet not making any revenue for the Government. For instance it was quoted that Nigeria Railway Cooperation has over 10,000 workers, how is that institution generating in revenue? Government priority is to supervise it's institutions and it's policies and make sure that things are done well.

6. AGRICULTURE AND INDUSTRIALIZATION; Every region should have its own Bank and Industry and Bank of Agriculture where people or firms with fantastic idea will access loans and grants with minimal interest to invest in the economy. This will help build up the Agricultural sectors in the regions, Rice, Cassava, palm oil and fruits in the east, Yam, and fruits in the middle belt, Cereals, tomatoes, onions, cotton in the North west, Cocoa and cereals in the west. Every region would be food sufficient. Farming is done at rural areas and State Government are closer to these farmers than Federal government. When regions become hub of various massive Agricultural production and Industrial development, this will bring rapid drop in poverty and unemployment as millions will be gainfully employed in their regions.

7. INFRASTRUCTURES; Every region will have its own refineries, Electric power plants, agencies and industrialization based on what they have, this will balance the equilibrium in the economy, reduce poverty and unemployment in all the zones. This will create REGIONAL ECONOMIES. The era of someone graduating in Maidugari and travel to Lagos to be employed will stop. This is because there will be enough economic activities, industrialization, manufacturing in every zone. Every region is so rich in natural resources that when you set up massive industrialization to process the natural resources into products, this can create ten's of millions of jobs across the regions. Tourism should be a state program as every States will develop all their tourist locations to world class in other to attract tourists across the world.

8. FEDERAL CHARACTER /NEPOTISM; Federal Government, should make sure that quota system is scrapped because it is dragging National development backwards. Infact there won't be any need for quota system because where the majority of activities and employment is, would be in the zones, regions or states.

9. HEALTH; Federal Government should partner with zones or regions to provide World class hospitals in virtually all the field of medicine and possibly privatise it to the best hand. This will make very good health care services available for all and equally attract foreigners who will come for medical treatment. Health tourism can generate Billions of dollars per annum.

10.RELIGION; Federal Government must make sure that there will be freedom of worship and Government should not take sides or make donations to Religious organizations and Government should provide rules to curb religious proliferation, religious madness, rascality and fundamentalist in society, Religion should make people better behaved and not the other way around.

IT IS NOT ABOUT DEBATE

Those clamouring for Presidential Debate should also know that it is not all about debate. How good you are in a debate does not determine your performance in Government. Yes, Knowledge is good , It is all about wisdom. Because you can be very knowledgeable and yet be a failure. But you cannot fail with Wisdom. No wonder the Holy Scriptures say that; Wisdom is the Principal thing..Prov. 4v7. Behind every successful endeavour is WISDOM.

KNOWLEDGE is like Intelligence, WISDOM is like SKILL or TACT. *Wisdom Is The Principal Thing. ... Knowledge is the accumulation of information, understanding is the grasping, comprehension and interpretation of that information, but wisdom is the application of the information which one understands.* The labor of fools wearies every one of them; for he doesn't know *how to* go to the city.. Ecclesiastics 10v15. It is easy for one to say that unemployment has exponentially increased to 20.9m, but then, Did they tell us how to reduce unemployment? It is easy for one to say Nigeria has over 87 million people living in extreme poverty, so because of that he will reduce poverty or industrialize Nigeria. but Did he tell us HOW TO reduce the said poverty, what and what are his policies, action plans, he will introduce to reduce the extreme poverty?

Nigeria needs first and foremost a President that is sincere, two, willing to do good and fight for what is right even in the face of threat or death, third, well acquainted with details of WHAT and HOW to do or achieve what he has as a plan, fourth, non ribalistic, or nepotic ,fifth, non religious in his ways.

Debate is good but, how many of those participants actually present HOW TO DO WHAT THEY ARE SAYING? Every failure is as a result of lack of wisdom, and every failed leadership is as a result of lack of wisdom also every successful leadership is as a result of presence of Wisdom. That is why *John C. Maxwell*; says " _Everything rises and fall on leadership "._ If Nigerians are sincerely interested in making a positive change, if Nigerians are illuminated for true transformation in this 21st century, then there MUST be a paradigm shift from this identical twins called PDP and APC. I have been privileged to listen to over 25 Presidential candidates, and I can tell you that we have some interesting intelligentsia good enough to bring this change. But that is not going to happen because Democracy is a game of numbers and vast majority of Nigeria are either illiterates or unenlightened or educated blind people. So HOW WILL THIS CHANGE COME?

*This is not really true. Elitism and Cabalism is the problem of Nigeria. There are powerful individuals, powerful political lions who claim to own Nigeria. Starting from Strong Religious leaders, Sultan, Emirs, Retired Generals, Northern Oligarchy, Powerful Fulani and Yoruba forces. These individuals are super rich via milking of National resources .These formed the hidden structure that is dictating everything in Nigeria. They are the ones kicking against restructuring and resources control, they call the shots in critical, major, and economic decisions in Nigeria. Bad Governance and Bad Economy are as a result of these bad structure and these powerful individuals. They siphon National resources to their own, It is because of these we have 20 million Almajiris in Northern Nigeria, it is because of these that no government institutions is working efficiently, it is because of these we do not have good roads, uninterrupted electricity, efficient government institutions, it is because of these that they shared the oil blocks, the common wealth of Nigeria to themselves, they owned NNPC, NPA, MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, AVIATION, VARIOUS OIL SPINNING SECTORS AND PARASTATALS, NIGERIAN MILITARY ETC.*

*This also is a good Quote from Obi, but did He tell us HOW government will reduce number of people living in extreme poverty? Did he tell Nigerian what and what they will do to reduce poverty? Did he tell Nigerians what his government will do to reduce or stop out of School children?*

4.In terrorism we have moved from seven to No 3; Our inequality (rate) has worsened. Our unemployment rate has moved from 24 to 40 today. We are not supporting SMEs very well. – Peter Obi.#2019Debate.

*This is good observation from Obi. But did he tell us how they will tackle terrorism and reduce or stop it? Did he tell us how his own Government will support SME (Small and Medium Scale Enterprises) Did he tell Nigerians what and what their Government will do to reduce unemployment rate and inequality ?*

5.As long as we don’t create jobs and have the number of unemployed youths in their productive age that we have today, we are going to have crisis. – Peter Obi, #2019Debate.

*He is very correct. But He did not tell us HOW his Government is going to do that.? We have been hearing of job creation from every Government since when we were born. But then unemployment keep on increasing exponentially year by year. He should have tell us WHAT POLICY, STEPS AND ACTION PLANS they will take to create more jobs.*

*Yes, SME is the driving force of every developed economy in the world. Mr Obi should have highlighted us HOW THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT IS GOING TO SUPPORT SME EFFICIENTLY. 7.In 2015 we generated $41bn in Foreign Direct Investment, but now, we attracted only $12bn last year. Even our stock market has lost over N2Trillion in one year. You can’t shut down your shop and be chasing criminals. ~Peter Obi

Why Foreign Companies left Nigeria, He did not tell us WHAT TO DO to attract more Foreign Investors. He did not tell us HOW to attract more foreign companies in Nigeria. *We know that subsidy is bad, but WHAT CREATED the inefficiency in the system? Obviously it is that same Powerful individuals, cabals, powerful political lions who owns those rackets. They have to create the inefficiency so that they will eat, loot and steal Government funds. *VICE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE FOR 2019 ELECTION: THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE.*

December 14th 2018 marked the long awaited Vice Presidential debate for 2019 election, organized by NEDG at TRANSCORP ABUJA. Five political parties presumed to be most popular parties participated. It was also characterized by expressions of Academic prowess of the vice presidential candidate of APC and Economic intelligence and management skills of the vice presidential candidate of PDP.

To me we are focusing on the wrong perspectives.
Schools debates is not passing GCE EXAMS.

YES Osibaba may be fluent and eloquent in all his expressions,
YES Mazi Peter Obi may be good and sound at National economics and Management.

But

Getting to ASO ROCK is another kettle of fish. When elected, Having the courage, the will power to do the right thing and implement all those good policies and ideas in front of the political lions vampires and beasts who claim that they own various sectors of the Nation such as NPA, NNPC, CUSTOMS , AGRICULTURE, etc is another mission impossible.

*To me that is where the real problems are.* Most of the past leaders or Rulers of Nigeria knew some of those economic and management ideas or their allies informed them of those good policies. But the question is ' Why did they refused to implement such policies and allow the 58 year old country to look worst than it was before the Colonial masters left in October 1960? '

One would even asked himself 'Why inspite of political mantra of Change of APC in 2015, Nigerians who lost hope of 16 years of corruption ridden, embezzlement of PDP ,are beginning to regret leaving the so called Egypt to unknown Canaan. Many Nigerians now realized that there is no Canaan in the first place, it was just a game. Where are those sweet 2015 promises made by APC? Have they really delivered them?

In this recently concluded Vice Presidential debate, these folks have started thrilling Nigerians again with their sweet Economic and management intelligence and Academic theses. The question is ,'Are we going to abandon our imaginary journey to non existing Canaan land called New Nigeria or go back to Egypt, to the house of our task masters which we know? The answer will be left for everyone to answer.

Mind you the vice president of Nigeria is powerless constitutionally.What we need to ask are!

1. Will things be done on merit.....?
2. Will competition be the order of the day as against favoritism .?
3.Will age count..... ?
4. Will fraternity still rule.?
5. Will contracts be inflated.?
6. Will zoning equity and fairness be abused?
7. Will God fatherizim still thrive .?

. If dangote employ graduate as truck drivers, then political leaders are picked as primary 6 with First School Leaving Certificate. That is unfair as at the 21st century.

Don't get me wrong..... A balance is what i ask for here. A man who will transform Nigeria must be
1. Willing to do the right thing , whether in the face of death.
2. He must be sincere and Honest.
3. Non tribal or Nepotic.
4. Able to put the square peg in square hole.
5. Non religious at all.

A practical demonstration of these are our key. To me all policies prior to today are very good, but have being perverted before inception. How do we rectify this.

Mr Peter Obi will enter just to realize that his views are not need any more. What will he do.?

Knowledge is power they say, but in all your getting get wisdom, because Wisdom is the principal thing says the Bible. Knowledge is just knowing, having all the details and facts, but Wisdom is just doing. It is the right application of what you know. We are tired of hearing from Knowledgeable men who cannot apply what they know. We are looking forward to wise men who can rightly apply what they know to get results. As a matter of fact, you do not need to know much to make a giant stride, it is just in intelligent application of the little you know that will bring the much needed transformation. Nigerians should neither be thrilled by the academic theses and Hypothesis of the ruling Political party APC nor the Intelligent Economic and management postulations of PDP. Nigerians should be yearning for Wise men who will do, employ, implement, and apply the little ideas, principles intelligently. They should not be moved by the sweet oratory prowess of any political party . They have to use their conscience and assess whatever politicians say. Then in no time Nigeria will join the league of 21st century developed nations.
