APC( conservative aka centre right)

Regardless of the progressive label,in global terms ,APC is more of a Conservative party than anything else.Even Fashola is more of a David Cameron than say an out and out progressive like Elizabeth Warren or Chris hedges.
PDP on the other hand,is a party of thieves ,power mongers and people who get attracted to power and power trappings.
Honestly speaking ,I do not really care about the Nigerian national election at this stage.i personally want PDP and other PDP-like parties to be electorally destroyed and removed from the SW polity.Theresfter,we can build a true progressive party to challenge the true conservative elements like Fashola and Tinubu in elections based on intellectualism .

obayaya: I don't support PDP!!! I do not support any party!!! In 2011, my candidate was Utomi but he withdrew from the race. I eventually voted for Shekarau of ANPP. Why? He was the best at the debates.

Mysupport is tilting towards the administration of GEJ. Not because I love him or his PDP. But because he's trying his best though there is a huge room for improvement.

The opposition isn't helping matters with their "Brazilian soccer" type of opposition which leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

I look forward to the day our political parties will grow to the level where their ideologies will be robust and easily identifiable

I agree!!! But we don't need an opposition that appears to be the same or even worse than the ruling party.

We need a genuine opposition with a genuine and workable idealogy.

That's why people like us on the sidelines can't just join the bandwagon of opposition just for the sake of opposing the government without any defined direction or focal point.

It'll amount to training another dragon to kill the dragon that have been giving us sleepless nights.

The new dragon will eventually turn on us in the near future.

My dept is in d social sciences, we are situated @ ''faculty''.

My couz did tell me those statues represent the brains of each student admitted into the skul.
@ their entry into skul, they're still raw and the brain is not yet heavily taxed. But as d statues go further they expand wider and that's how d brain passes thru phases until they become really stretched and exposed.
