MizMyColi: Hey V!Hey MissColi.. ![]() Why does that ^^^ make me feel like the letter after ''U'' ? Plz you can just call me ''Vic''.Speaking of ''hey''.. You know, you can reply that by saying ''hey, yourself'' (like saying same to you).. Buh i've observed that in this part of our world, pple find that reply a tad offensive.. Ever observed that too? |
rather late |
G'morn you must've been very tired. remember adolor area(from the junction) used to be waterlogged after heavy downpour, that's the reason people termed it ''river adolor''.Buh ever since Oshiomole embarked on his road projects, the ''red river'' we used to see @ Adolor, we see 'em no more .Here's wishing you a very fruitful and blissful Tuesday! MizMyColi: ehen! That Adolor River......where's it situated again o o? I felt so sleepy and couldn't reply earlier. Yeah, I noticed the same too in Lagos. Good Morning V |
MizMyColi: Choi! I've forgotten o. I googled it one time like thatLol. The weather's been okay for sometime now.. It's like August break is around. Yeah, u need dread 'em o. Someone once remarked that ''Benin sun fit fry egg o''.. ![]() As for the rains, they were equally powerful! remember ''river adolor''? ![]() |
MizMyColi: Hey V!I'm good too. How do you reply that in conventional style? @ ''waguan''? ![]() |
Never happened! |
Very Ethical Response |
This ''madness'' won't be a subject of discourse @ this point, if our borders aren't so porous. I guess it's safe to say his ''madness'' equates that of our custom officers. |
Good evening missColi.. ![]() Howdy? |
Wily2wily: Yorubas eat too much Monkeys.smh. Tribalistic bigot. Your type is the reason someone created a thread y'day. ''why are Nigerians so unserious''? |
It was always going to be inevitable! Once we had the first case, and it wasn't handled adroitly, we lost the battle there and then. |
kizbad: 'It’s incredible to be the only bearded woman among all these men. It makes me feel really strong. And raising awareness for such a good cause is like a cherry on the top. 'When I first started growing my beard it was for religious reasons but as the years have gone by I’ve kept it for more personal reasons. 'It makes me feel like a brave, confident woman who isn't afraid to break society’s norms"Look closely pple, there's alot to learn from here. I think so many ladies seeing themselves growing up like this, would decide to wallow in despair.. But our lady right here choose to go along with the flow, and she's the better for it today.. |
MizMyColi: Good to know.Aiit then, take care.. |
Nigerians are too quick too believe baseless news spread by rumour peddlers. And it's so alarming. Seeing educated, i mean soundly educated people getting all panicky, got me really raving. How can people be so ignorant? When i saw the news, i just wondered how ebola suddenly decided to ''go on a flight'' that morning. Seeing as we'd previously been told the disease isn't airborne.. And since Nigerian's have a knack for over-sabi, i heard some people even made Eba with such water. Smh |
MizMyColi:You're welcome to use it... ![]() Absolutely, the day's going fine. And I trust yours is same. |
MizMyColi: I don't think so joorI do agree with that. There's actually a Chinese or Danish(forgotten which it is) proverb i once stumbled on. In paraphrase it says, ''We can ONLY change the world when we change ourselves. When there is light in the soul, there will be beauty in the person. When there is beauty in the person, there will be harmony in the home. When there is harmony in the home, there will be order in the nation. When there is order in the nation, there will be peace in the world''. Like my dad would always say ''it takes a change to enforce a change''.. So i agree totally, that every individual needs to be the change Nigeria needs.. |
Missmossy: Self esteem is of immense importance to everyone.Everyone has a responsibility to judge what is good, then to practice what is good and to promote good people. |
MizMyColi: I thought as much @TheEmboldened.Lmao.. See ambition! But i guess it'd be safe to say, that Nigeria's status will be elevated automatically... If/when that happens . |
MizMyColi:Shey you wan they deny now? I pray say you na learner oh! (actually sha, everyone is a learner... Learning from anyone and everyone until death's day). You like Korean Tv shows? Cool .. They are not a bad lot @ all.Lol.. See me!! So the spelling is actually ''kumawo''.. Smh4me.. Errrm *clears throat*.. Esoto(gosh i'm so wrong with this spelling, *looks around to see if an angry Korean is close-by*).. You're correct with the Kumawo(it says thank you).. But when combined with ''Esoto'', I think it translates ''Welldone, you've done well''... . |
MizMyColi: Again, Okwu Agwu Si Go @TheEmbodened.Lol, learnt my ist sentence in Igbo today. ![]() Uwc.. It seems you've been mesmerizing many peeps on here, these past few days... *in prince Ju-Mong's voice* Kuuumar! Esoto!! ![]() Now's your turn to employ the services of a translator, even though i know my spelling is way off the mark..! (I must speak Korea by all means o). |
MizMyColi:@allTheBolded Okwu agwu si go ..Of course, i ain't know why you're undecided.. The answer is obvious. @finalBolded.. Yes, i see the same too. I see you sending waves of amazement and positive vibes down the spines of mankind with prolific efforts of your pen. Efforts akin only to legends of the pen.. It can only get better you know. |
stmartynz: Never let your failures go toI just had to quote this! |
This really is beautiful!!! ![]() welldone missColi, you never disappoint! For me I'd just say: Become aware of what encourages you, and do those same things for others. |
MizMyColi: Okwu agwu si go @TheEmboldened*wide-eyed* abeg, come and be my google translator ooo. What's that mean? @ first i thought t'was one of the by-products of your diligent ''shin-shon-shee'' involvements these days . But on looking closely i realised it's actually Igbo. Abeg explain the meaning already.Nah, i didn't see that. But since u've mentioned it, i'll check it out now. And i'm honoured! Even though i never had the slightest notion that you're pen-shy. . |
MizMyColi: Y'know, I've been thinking in those lines too, about things and we as individuals getting better.Lol @epistle .It's a much needed epistle. I totally agree with all you've written there^^^. Recently, I'm beginning to realise that one of the greatest events in a man's life, is meeting people with the right attitude and mindset. Having the right pple around, propels one to making all the right choices and decisions. ![]() This is overstating the obvious; you're one of a kind miss.. .I learn from each of such epistles^^^ of your's EVERYTIME i am fortunate enough to stumble on one. ![]() |
MizMyColi:Good morning Miss Coli . I did sleep well.. And i trust such is ame for you. ![]() Owhhhh! . I see. So you dey attract the bulk of your dad's attention to yourself, starving the others of it in the process abi? Eh? Welldone o. Lol..Enjoy your movie miss. ![]() @Bolded.. You know, i've been nuturing my mind these days to always believe that ''it gets better'' indeed. My heart thus, is becoming a haven of positive thoughts. So yeah, the day's going to be better than good. ![]() And i know same for you. Wishing you all of the best too and thanks. ![]() |
How 'bout our doctors who went on strike over the certain issues? Why don't they act and prove their mettle now, so they can be taken seriously. It's not enough to blame the govt alone... |
kstyle2: Then what are dey serious abt? Stealing and riggin i guess...nt srious in curbing d menance called boko hram nd nw thisYou shouldn't believe everything you see on media. |

? Plz you can just call me ''Vic''.
