@ anyicent, I understand u perfectly, but I need u to know d full meaning of appeal. It means u were unjustly or unfairly judged.
But really, I wasn't. I didn't inform them my cousin sent money to my dad, I said d bulk money came from my parents.

Also, I was to return a certain amount to someone who sent me excess money, I wrote she sent me 200k instead she sent 500k but I was to return 300k (d person that sent it to me on her behalf made a mistake). so that also altered, when they looked her her statement they saw 500k sent but I didn't explain that I was to return 300k to her based on it was an excess, cos my account was 1.7m and I also ad 100k in my oda account.
I tot they were to notice the excess. I didn't explain myslf clearly so all those things was what made me say I flopped.
Also, what's d procedure to appeal and whats d guarantee?
Also someone was on d case of appeal for 2mths+. where's d time?
But I cud tlk to d embassy to give me a close date and that is "ONLY IF I GET A PERFECT SPONSOR ASAP" .

Also, as any one seen a reapplication to was right?

Actually, I've being in a state of dilemma to which decision to make, but I will share somethings which I want u to carefully reason with me.
First, what does appeal mean in law? I was told it means, the immigration service made a wrong or an unfair decision . And I think they decision It was my fault
2nd, I was told and Googled it that appeal tk a long time, it cud even be for 3months
3rd, I still av to pay an appeal fee
4th, it may not come +ve still

On d hand of reapplying, I was like op migri won't say I'm desperate
2nd, op they won't judge based on My first application
3rd, which I can crutial, I need just a sponsor to stand for me cos I av no time for stories based on my reapplication status
The new sponsor must be perfect in d sense that, he must v as cll docs intact, appointment letter, payslip, Statement. even if he doesn't av payslips or appointment letter, he shud av as cll docs to show how h3 gets such funds

Further more, latest resumption into school is 1st of September as valved information don't know if, that date can be altered , cos a friend going to TUT said they didn't alter his for him. If UTA says they won't give me any grace what happens?

Finally, I said based on d the short time to get a perfect sponsor and to get funds again (previous sponsors 1t their money bk), I said I shud deferr d admission (but really I don't want to, cos my eyes do dey finland ). And I do not too sure if deferrment is still possible cos resumption is so close.

To we the RP decision -awaiters, we cud try mail migri, especially silja (d secretary ). He responded to d mail I sent him last week Thursday(concerning when my decision will be ready). He said" my application is still under processing, and the final decision will be ready in two weeks time". (this one is gobe cos my school's orientation is on 24th and latest resumption date is 1st of September ).
Also, I hope with this long waiting RP will be granted, ijn, AMEN!! Cause me I dunno what they are verifying and pls if u know their process of verification u can pls share!

that's a domiciliary account I guess? Yea, u can pay from it (I heard it's cheaper n faster) cos I paid using my naira account but it took 2 days to reflect in their account and d charges was hell too much (almost 10k, I regretted).

But still visit ur bank ASAP and pls ask questions (i wish I asked lots of questions b4 I paid mine, I might av skipped that huge charge).

Most importantly money: don't borther to change money from any Aboki or bureau de change ooooo if the exchange as at today is more than 251 naira to euro. U can comfortably use ur naira master card and get ur money in Euro at that price and sometimes lesser arround 249 at the ATM machines in Helsinki airport. I used my gt naira MasterCard here and that was the exchange rate with their charges included.

Yellow card: it is a fable! U don't need that shit. I got mine for 1.5k but it was just an extra luggage nobody asked for it or pay any attention to it even when I try to tender it to show off say I get complete document. But if u are not comfortable or to avoid the wahala of immigration for Nija cos they won't stop at nothing to extort u as a first timer!

Buy anything buy able and carry anything carry able cos when u get here u will definitely regreat leaving that stuff u call minor back home. I could not communicate or get some stuff done since yesterday cos my charger na three pin mouth. Here u can only find sockets with two round holes or small three round holes that I am not sure we have similar type in Nija........

concerning d exchange rate, I was at UBA yday and d exchange rate was 222naira. But earlier last week when I paid for my accommodation in uba d exchange rate was 224.85 therefore a decrease as occurred. If u still feel u want to carry any cash in hand, then visit banks in naija to compare their rates.

I think they went on break , cos when I mailed d secretary (concerning d late feedbk) an automated mail replied he's out of office but dropped anoda mail 4 urgent matters. I used d dropped mail, and that was how i got d info of in few wks time, replying d mail to say 10s, it ad bin set to an automated mail response that she also is out of office (this made me finalise dey went on break)
There4, hopefully this week, every pending application will be touched and postive response will be received.

hi peeps, I'm so new to nairaland, I wish I ad been here b4 embarking on d application process. I've got an issue, I need urgent vivid help.
I applied via eservices, ad my interview on 17th June, I've being asked to submit payslips, employment letter, bank statement of my sponsors (I used 3 sponsors ,my parents, uncle n aunty) , and I've done that. now I av being mailed again to clarify where my sponsors got the fund they sent (and I need a bank statement from d account that sent d money to my sponsors, but my cousin doesn't want to release d BS , reasons best known to her . I v problem with my dad's own because my dad doesn't av cash in his account my cousin sent it to him and he deposited it into my account. The problem is I didn't use my cousin as as sponsor. How do I clarify d way my dad got d money in his account, what will I write. I'm so confused
