I upgraded to VIBEUI_V2.8_1529_LTT_LEMONADE yesterday and I think it is very good compare to the once I've used. No chiness app. It come prerooted. Do you think s117 is better off.

Change the imei of the 2nd sim and put your Glo sim there and see

I've tried it on both SIM yet it didn't work.
But I noticed that mtn with simple server only work on my second SIM slot.

HOW TO USE GLO BIS ON LENOVO K3 NOTE

The process is simple.
1. Download this file,extract it and keep it on ur desktop

2. Open file, its written In Chinese but don't worry, just type y and press enter on ur keyboard

3. Type your desired imei and press enter.

4. Type your second imei and press enter.

5. Now close the software and check ur desktop, u will see the file u just created with white background. Rename to imei.bak

6. Copy to the root of ur sd card and download Mobile uncle from playstore. Open mobile uncle and navigate to imei backup restore (mtk). Enter and restore ur imei,reboot and enjoy.

7. Go to ur setting and change or create a new access point with apn: blackberry.net. save and enjoy

NOTE: U MUST BE ROOTED

I successfully changed my IMEI with Chamalephon app by confirming it with *#06# but my GLO BIS refused to work with my k3 NOTE. But when I changed the IMEI of tecno M3 and inserted the same SIM card into it, it connected without any itch. My question now is does this your procedure add anything to the IMEI tweaking?

It worked effortlessly for me That is why I'm recommending it. The only thing is that my Titanium is telling me to replace Kingsu with Supersu which you said its not possible. Do you know how I can install cwm?

After few appeals from friends on the WhatsApp group, I have decided to create this thread based on the topic above. This phone is really really good and lovely and such I recommend it. I bought it from Elijahdre,a trusted dealer on nairaland.
OK without wasting much time,let's go there. U will need the following;
1. A PC.
2. Lenovo PC driver, download it here.

OK I will break down the process so that it will be easy.
STEPS:
A. Enable USB debugging on ur phone.
B. Copy the downloaded files to ur PC but leave the super su on the root of ur SD card
C. Install the lenovo driver(note,this driver is not signed and so its not compatible with some windows and if u experience trouble plz do well to install in another PC). Once installed, reboot ur PC.
D. Open the minimal adb and fastboot using winrar,locate the file called py_cmd.exe and double click it and run the following commands;
I. Type adb devices(tap enter from ur keyboard)
11. Look at ur phone,it will request u to allow ur PC access the phone, just OK it.
III. type adb devices( tap enter from ur keyboard), if u look closely, u will see ur device recognized on ur PC. Its code starts from N and other letters in capital letters.
IV. Type adb reboot bootloader,press enter. Ur phone will automatically reboot and if u look at ur phone, u will see fastboot at the bottom left corner of ur screen.
V. Type fastboot devices,press enter.
VI. Type fastboot flash recovery recovery.img,tap enter. Watch ur PC,den u will see recovery successful.
VII. Type fastboot reboot and this will now boot ur phone.
VIII. Put of ur phone, once its off,hold the vol up and vol down key plus ur power key together, it will come up and then choose English.
IX. Use ur vol key to navigate to install zip,choose sdcard1 and scroll to where ur super su u downloaded initially is,choose it using ur power button and watch the process.
X. Once done and u see successful, just go back and reboot ur phone.
XI. Congratulations, ur phone is rooted.
If u have any issues,let me know. I recommend the app called jumobile,its in play store,it uninstalls system app and so on,download it and use it to remove those crazy Chinese apps. I use the stock ROM which has system update and other things. The ROM supports two languages only,Chinese and English unlike the other ROM where all languages are supported. Actually that ROM is an old ROM which was modified. There are also custom ROMs available on different sites. I will try and post links to this ROMs so that u can enjoy ur device. @dguyindcorner the procedure is not really complicated, just the English... You can't really blame the developer cos of different linguals. You need your PC obviously, and for each link he posted, you should download those files. Get the Mega app there and download other files. Extract the lenovo drivers from the downloads you'll make in the Mega app. Also get the PDA.net file for Windows in the zip folder and install, download and extract the additional ADB drivers...but import the SuperUser zip folder into the Mega Cloud app without extracting, only extract at the last step where you need to reboot your phone by simultaneously clicking Volume Up and Down keys with the Power button. Select English and choose SuperUser from SD Card where you're to save the zip folder.
I know my explanation is a lil rusty, but that's the best I can offer now. Safe with your Device. Be very careful

please i've been trying this method without achieving the desired result. Wen i start i usually get stock at fastboot reboot. It will say waiting for device for like eternity. While at times my phone wil get stock at 'fastboot mood'
please is there any thing am not getting right. Is it necessary for me to ve SD CARD b4 it will work.
