I've been holding a loosing trade since Monday, almost reach Sl of -30$ yesterday, Today the market rallied down and I rushed closed the trade at minus -6$ because I was afraid of it going back to that -30 and I felt the market is oversold.... Eurjpy and Audjpy kept falling after I have stopped mysef out prematurely due to FEAR

Yea you are right .. I feel everyone here trades well but we’ve not really gotten our system that can fetch us the big bag in the long time ..
System should include (risk management, timeframe for execution, max SL limit max, daily imposed DD limit, max pips bagged per trade)

Before you get into a position, you should already have entry and exit plans, rules.

How you follow this set aside rules and strategy while in an open position, long losing streak, long winning streak, waiting for a setup to appear, etc - isn't that what the trading psychology is all about?

I.e - whoever is managing his/her trading psychology already has a trading strategy / rules.

Spread again!!! God what the Bleep is this. What the Bleep is this. Price doesn't hit my sl and spread even make me lose pass 25 dollars of my sl. What the Bleep is this. All my profit for last 3 weeks was taken away just because of spread. This is really frustrating!!!!! . My sl was at 0.65200. veeveemyluv told me today, I didn't listen I dey fear make the drawdown go far too much. The funniest thing is that price will go in my favour. Same scenario yesterday, same pair!!!

The deal is to split profit with this individual whenever i pass the challenge.....

So i will take a break from my current 10k account and also the giveaway account i won and focus on this one...

Posting my update here don really really help me curtail over trading and gambling habit ive been struggling with.....

Thou battling D.D but 4 weeks and still 0.9% in DD is a huge progress based on past ways.....
