For d first week take 2 tablet morning and night.Then d following week 1 tablet morning and night till u finish it.While taking it you must abstain from Sex and your partner must also take just like u are taking it. Then look for moringa leave boil a handful in a kettle, drink a cupful morning and night for one month.Alway buy bitter kola and chew one every day in d afternoon it tickens d sperm. After one month go and do a test to ascertain your sperm level and if there is any traces of staph in your sperm.i pray if you follow dis religiously I believe this would be d end of ur problem with staph.Wushing u all d best.
