VictoriaBee:Do your research. men are considered weaker vessels in sex matters mostly because of lack of the self control you pointed out up there which most women do. and it's no coincidence the society sees it that way. 1 Like |

VictoriaBee:yes! women are the ones that scream for abs on men. obviously they got a soft(and wet) spot for guys with finely trimmed pectorals. so it's a two way thingy. i notice the way females(like yourself) look at guys with abs at pools and anywhere that warrants a guy going shirtless. if i upload a shirtless pic on my profile, ladies would self-service to it |

VictoriaBee:Gbagaun! That aside, apart from the fact that some men are pervs, women who don't want to be objectified should moderate what, how, and the frequency of whatever they want to flaunt. men are generally considered weaker vessels in matters of sexuality and the sensuality of the opposite sex. that being said, women imho are the cause of their objectification bar some perverted men 2 Likes |

Romance / Present Day Feminism: Rather Uncalled For.(personal Opinion) by EddyBlingzz(m): 10:31am On Jun 23, 2015 |
This piece is being typed by a neutral mind. I'm no woman hater, never been. Feminism, according to Wikipedia " is a range of movements and ideologies that share a common goal: to define, establish, and achieve equal political, economic, cultural, personal, and social rights for women. In my opinion, these Rights have already been granted them in all continents of the world. Africa inclusive. Now, what are the rights they are advocating for? the average feminist will immediately name the following; the right to vote and be voted for, the right to hold public office, right to own property, right to education, access to serve in the military, to enter into legal contracts and to have marital and parental rights. Any logical-thinking person who is up to date and is abreast with the happenings in the world presently as regards to the equality of genders is of my opinion. although males seemed to have dominated in ancient cultures there were exceptions and besides, gone are those days. The modern world has come to embrace over time the equality of men and women. I wouldn't want to begin giving names and stating instances in order not to make this too lengthy but in the present world, there are female Presidents(even in Africa), prime ministers, governors, others holding public offices, and in the military. there are women In every field you find the men and sometimes they are more successful than their male counterparts. Simply put, I think women already have the equality they have for so long fought for. women (in this case, feminists) who still think there is need to fight for their rights are fighting an already won Battle. there is no need to aggressively fight for equal rights for they already have it. quote me on this anywhere Now, i don't really blame them, I think it is just a psychological thing. their trying to be defensive is as a result of the knowledge that before now, in most parts of the world they(women) where considered inferior and deprived of some basic rights. Earlier feminists have fought for and achieved the equality of women to men- if the present situation (women indulging in any venture in life they deem attractive without any opposition but rather, support from the society) is anything to go by. present-day feminism is uncalled for. I believe we are all adults in this forum. I have stated my opinion and anyone with views in contrast to mine should feel free to bring up his or her points in a mature argument devoid of insults. thanks EddyBlingzz |

VictoriaBee:you see my point? she only started being a feminist after she stopped trolling. you don't just wake up one morning, come online and start "being" a feminist. obviously the troll path did not get her the attention that feminism is doing at the moment. trust me, I know a fake when I see one 14 Likes 1 Share |

VictoriaBee:I thought very hard about replying this. I don't bank on speculations. I only state things the way I see them(which almost always is the way they are). it's logical that she wants to be a feminist just now when that term is garnering attention and is being associated with intelligence and courage on the part of the female- I don't have a problem with that but I hate it whenever I come across a post that reeks of self adulation. all she did was say "she"(that I don't know as a feminist) is this, that and all that can be. a neutral person who reads that post will be of my opinion. 9 Likes |

misssclassy:ooh my goodness! who exactly was this post directed at? all I saw while trying to read the post was a confused and undecided female trying to be associated with the new cool of being a feminist on nl :'\ just when did you become a feminist miss? all you did was state unfounded points that obviously must have been a result of your daydreams. I hate self adulation tank 12 Likes 1 Share |
