The one that struck me the most was senator Lisa Murkowski she is up next year yet she had the courage to do this she was always anti-Trump and is loved in Alaska she may very well be re-elected she seemed to be the only one with something to lose because she is up next year but she chose to do the right thing and voted her conscience.

Affidavits are just statements, you can't win a case without concrete and physical evidence to support these "Affidavits". The Judges knew all these. Trump felt because he appointed most of them, they would fight for him.
