Yesterday I was angry and emotional, then I won the challenge and became happy again.

Apart from that, nothing really happened, I was angry yesterday, I was thinking of so many things for the following reasons:

1. Up for evictions

2. Small quarrel with HOH, "him just dey do anyhow"

The both of these issues combined and happening simultaneously escalated my anger

Explanation on his quarrel with Frodd:

We dey fight because of woman, I haven’t fought over a woman for a long time, what pained me was that I told Frodd that this girl na nice girl, that he should leave her for me and he said ok, all of a sudden he was also trying to get the girl. I hate being betrayed, after you said ‘OK’ you still went ahead, so I was really pissed. I had to take time to remind myself that I didn’t come to fight about woman, I came for the money so I just ‘bone the babe’.

The only reason Mike wanted to compete for Nigeria was because he knew fully well that he doesn't stand a chance against the A-list athletes the UK churns out on a daily across athletics.

Mike is simply a Z-List athlete who just wants to ride on the Nigerian flag to fame. He only came back home because Nigeria is the only place where he stands a chance at competing. Even if he did, he won't be winning any major medal.
