smartsmith0907: Thats what people don't understand Where will dare get $1.2millions to pay off a coach they are still owing. Why offer such a contract in the first place when it's obvious there would be difficulties in paying the man? |

fabyom: How can a foreign-born want to play for an Africa nation with this type of pitch and organization? Imagine, this cattle ranch pitch was cut just two days ago. How then was it approved? Also, Gabon players slept overnight at Gambia airport. Africa is a disgrace! Why are we so primitive in this part of the world. Resources and human capabilities are in abundance yet we remain underdeveloped. Who cursed us this much? I literally cannot mention any achievement of this Ahmad Ahmad administration |

andrewbaba44: You see your life ,say I compare super eagles players and English ones ?
I said almost all this guys here are average and you refuse to accept but you wanna compare
If we are to be sincere Calvert Lewin is rated higher than Tammy and osimhen for now and I consider him and above average player for that
Our players no go bench some no mean say dem no be average Oga
Which Henderson are you talking about say na the GK ?
Saka and Foden are still average players for now ,let’s see how they will be in 2 seasons for now ,I am sure people like you rated lingaard and welbeck above average then Those players and our players no dey the same frequency at all, They are better than average that's why they will bench 9 of our 11 starters players It's not only Calvert that is rated above most of our players, Foden, Saka, Henderson (both the GK and Liverpool Henderson) even Tammy sef. so if you consider Calvert to be above average in this sense then so are the rest |

But our players are average and not below average okay ,our GKs are below average but you see our players apart from ndidi and victor na averages
And almost all these England guys are average ,you can worship English players for all I care but there is nothing you can do to sugar coat this Oya make we compare Calvert-Lewin- Foden- Saka- Abraham- Henderson- Asides Oshimen, which of our striker fit bench Calvert and Abraham? Who go bench Saka, Henderson, Foden? |

MetalJigsaw: What exactly do you mean bro.
Rohr isn't as good as he first was. He has regressed alot. And its not like he was that good per se. We used to lose to very questionable teams before rohr took over and despite that sport centers will still be packed, people willl always want to see our games crappy team or not... As for Roh, he messed up but the task is qualifying for both tournaments.. he is not going anywhere especially if he wins tomorrow |

mank1234: Ghana - 2010 (I like using this team as a reference point) Cameroon - 1990 South Korea - 2002 Bulgaria - 1994 Senegal - 2006 Were these teams the best?
A well coached average team with Self believe can spring surprises.
A very strong team can also exit in group stage. Nothing is guaranteed. I pointed out the bolded Sheer luck will be involved if we make the semi final, same way bad luck will make a strong team get knocked out in the group stage. |

Joebie: Any coach who does not believe he can take us to the WC Semi Finals and beyond has no business as our coach. We have seen African titles before. We want to break new barriers. We are Nigeria, and we can. Semi? World Cup? we're getting ahead of ourselves here now, Asides the coaching staff and all, we don't have the players to compete for a World Cup semi s spot. It will take sheer luck to reach the semi with the players in our team at the moment Winning the Afcon is target enough |

Joebie: The big question is are Southgate's players so good that he is underutilizing them? Yes they are and it's not just that, England has one of the most indepth squad at the moment.. their bench is so impressive that they could field two completely different 11 and still stand a good chance of winning with the right coaching |

England is out of the Nation's League
BBC Sports
England’s loss today is their 10th defeat in 48 matches under Gareth Southgate, making him the first manager to lose 10 matches with the Three Lions since Sven-Goran Eriksson, who lost 10 of his 67 games in charge.
Southgate is just a privileged low budget gernot rohr |

Danielnino00: Qualifying for the AFCON is a done deal. The format this time is easy.. if the same format was used for 2012,2015 and 2017, we would have qualified. But can u boldly say we will qualify for the world cup with this stagnant performance of ours? Given the current format... If there's one thing i've learnt with Rohr its that he always manages to do better than you would expect when it comes down to qualifying, After we lost to South Africa 2 or 3 years ago in the qualifiers we were also saying things like this only for him to pull it off. Trust me a 3 or more goal margin win against Sierra leone and people go fall back in line |
